If your operater is Verizon, they COULD use your number, but for anyone or any operator or your operator to use your number is ILLEGAL

I keep getting hang up calls from 402-490-9129. The only problem is this has been my cell # for over 10 years and I cannot call myself from my own cell phone! Does anyone know how someone could be using my phone number?
