Some guy named Mike, very poor English,  called me at my work # and left a voice mail regarding the importance of me returning his call for a very serious matter. He said if I don't call him back or have my attorney contact him he can only "wish me luck". I've had calls before from him and I usually just torture him anyway I can until he finally hangs up. And yes, I have enjoyed every minute of it. Stupid a**! Also, he wanted the name of my attorney. Last time he called, I told him ok my attorney's last name is General and the first name is Attorney. Why don't you give him a call, Mike? Stupid a**!

I was called said I was being accused of fraud by creditor and being summons to court but scary thing is they new last 4 of ssn. I told them mail me the subpoena I had same scam a year ago. It is just frustrating because it always seems to happen when things are bad and I don't need anymore bad new. Next time I will just say f*** off. Lol

You and your employer should file complaints..

Called me and left multiple rude messages. Said I was going to jail, and someone would be at my house in 30 minutes to take me to custody. They said I had a warrant. When I asked what for all the guy said was I just told you. Very Rude!! He called my place of employment and even stated my home address (not sure how he got any of that information) Kinda scary though!!!

I received the same voicemail message after the jerk called 3 times in a row.  Could not even pronounce my first name correctly.  I am waiting for him to call back so he can speak with my attorney Mr. Eat S*** who can be contacted at 1-800-EAT-S***.

Got a call the man was very rude. When I asked how I got this call and why they wanted to call me back. I called again and some mad supposedly name Sheldon told me I was going to get arrested.

I've got these same phone calls. I don't answer them but they leave messages,same messages as everyone else posted. Sad thing is they know a.lot of information about me. This needs to stop. What can we do?

Same thing here. I told him to do what he feel and stop calling me. I have also told others about this so called company.

This is very annoying. They have called my place of work but with the government shutdown, I can't report the number. It is frustrating. I am worried about them having my personal information.

Got same call and story about Berry Law firm. Called back again to get more information but this time it was a debt for a Medical debt collection. Read all the blogs, so when I called back asked them how the weather was in India? Told them it was sunny here and was wondering how it was in India? Told them I have read about their scam and I wanted to speak to someone I could understand, but I knew it would be hard to find someone because they were in India. He hung up on me.

got a call on my cell yesterday, told the woman I have a lawyer and said are you ready for the number, and she said yes, told her its 1 800 go f#$k you self bi***. felt real good

I got the same call last night and the scary part is that they knew my SS#, my work email address and work phone number. They said I would be getting a visit at work today. I would be taken to jail and held there for up to 15 days pending an investigation. He got really nasty with me and said that if I enjoyed my freedom I needed to pay $8,000.00. What does everyone suggest I do? I have never taken a loan out from this company. I asked for the complete information to be sent to me and he said they didn't have to provide that to me.

This person is calling my house and work non stop.  Tonight he called my house line 28 times in a 30 minute time span.  He is very rude  when I do pick up the phone.  He has told my employer that he is from a law firm that is about to prosecute me for a crime.  I do not know who this person thinks he is but if he thinks that jeopardizing my job is going to force me to pay something I do not owe then he is sadly mistaken.  I need to know how to report this b****ead so he can no longer harass me.  This is straight up harassment and I am not one to tolerate it.  If anyone has any ideas of how to report this low life please post so I can.

I also just got a call at work and on my cell. Turned it over to the FBI for now since the FTC is closed. They were already aware.

I got a call and a voicemail and email saying I owe them money and they need my lawyer to call them and they need me to pay the loan I said I never took a loan out they said I did and they were going to file a lawsuit and have me picked up from my house if I don't pay what I owe. They said pay the loan and when we investigate if its not you we will give you the money back, I looked online for the company they told me about and couldn't find them,, then I came across these ads when I entered there number. I believe they are using fake caller ID's, yes very rude and annoying! I did get a little scared in the beginning.
