Company trying to sell my company accommodations for a tradeshow we will be attending in June 2013. It's always a scam - They'll reserve the rooms but at a higher rate. When I told him that we use the official exhibitor-approved housing and not the people that try to call us, he hung up.

If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at Monica.Brown@freshfromflorida.com and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

this number keeps calling my house too. haven't answered it yet. may let my 4 yr old answer it and tell him it's santa claus after reading all the responses about it. thank you for the information.

I just got the phone call, couldn't answer it because I was holding a screaming child at the time. After reading these posts I tried calling the # back to have my name removed since I'm not planning on needing life alert for at least another 35 years or so. I get a recorder message stating that the number is unavailable.

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

Now they called our home phone.   "Senior Medical Benefits" located "all across the US and Florida". I played along. Free system, but not free service. When I had her in a corner about the do-not-call list, she was pulling all sorts of excuses out, "you must have opted-in..." (Oh yeah, and our business line, too?),  "the numbers are automatically dialed out....". Love to yank their chain. She finally hung up on me.

Called our business line. No response when I answered. When I dialed back, the number is "temporarily unavailable".  To busy dialing out, I guess.

Google "Indiana Attorney General".  They already filed suit against them.  Hopefully more states will have the guts to do the same.

Just  got a call from this #. I have NEVER got online to look up a #, glad I did!!! Thanks to all for taking the time to leave messages about this.

This number calls several times a week.  Some I have answered, some I have not.  They never leave a message and when I do answer no one is ever there.  Wasting my time!

On some information I was reading on scams it had, while your telephone is ringing,
take the reciver off the hook, push the # button 6 or 7  times quickly, and that would
take your number out of their data base.  
 I would be careful about pushing a number, as there was a scam using that,
then it would transfer your  telephone number and they could make calls, using your #.
Maybe that doesn't work anymore.
 Would be interesting to know if it does works!

Get this one about three times per week. Have caller id so let the answering machine pick up. Never leave a message. Figure it's some telemarketer. Now I know.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Their address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052.

Received a recorded call from this number today, a saturday offering a life alert system to senior citizens at no cost.  For more information I was directed to push "1"  I did so because I am a senior citizen and I was curious.  I was connected with some odd music.  I would warn every one to be very careful as us senior citizens are chosen TARGETS and we all should all know by now that there is "no such thing as a free lunch."  Someone always has to pay.  I already have an alert system, and it was set up by my local hospital, and it isn't free.  Nothing ever is!
If you are not a senior citizen and your parents or friends are, advise them to check with their local senior assistance.  This call just doesn't seem right.  Something like the credit card scam people do.  Just beware!

Recorded voice ended up in my voicemail wanting to sell a Life Alert type device to Senior citizens (which I am not!)  Reported to donotcall.gov as unwanted telemarketing call.  It also said to push one to talk to a rep or 5 to be removed from calling list.  I never do that as it just tells them they've reached a valid number and may sell that number to others!!
