I just received a call from an individual representing Morgan Freeman and Associates. The caller spoke very broken English with a strong accent similar to India. The caller stated if I did not return a call he could not help me and that an arrest warrant would be issued. He never made reference as to why he was contacting me. I did return the call and the gentleman answered as "Mike" I asked the name of the company since he did not answer the phone properly. He stated the company name is Morgan Freeman. There was an overwhelming background noise and after 30 seconds we got disconnected. The phone number being used is a moble cell number with a last location being in Somerset Pa. (814) 289-8208.

I've received several messages from "Freedman, Morgan & Associates Firm," aka "Lombardo, Sutherland & Meyers Firm" stating that there are several claims against my name, social security number, and credit score...the woman that keeps calling me is Amanda Adams (accent), and the last message I got from her was that if I didn't call by this Friday 10 am, my license would be suspended for 6-12 months. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number let alone my mother's home number, my sister's cell phone number or any other number they would have to try to get in contact with me. I have not called them back, but the number she gave me was 800-596-4715 X510.

Good luck with all that. Most FDCPA suits go nowhere, it's very he said she said and the tapes aren't usually admissable in court as they can be edited.

I recieved a call from this number this morning at around 9:30 A.M. Telling me that I need a lawyer to contact them because I have a lawsuit with case number blah, blah, blah. I have been victimized once by a same Morgan Law office. I wasn't smart then to give them my account number. I changed my account number from then on. I think they found out my new number from my work. Sorry you scammers, you can't do it again.

Got a missed call

I got the same call and I don't know these people, I am in for a lawsuit agains them.

i got a call like this today for #402-875-5586 saying that i had a docket # and that they were going to take me to jail if i didnt call back to 1-800-596-4715 and talk to a PAT RILEY at ext # 502 this same person with the same accent has been calling for about 1 month living the same MESSAGE. STOP CALLING ME...........

I recieved a call from this "Friedman, Morgan & Associates" this company also goes by "Lombardo, Sutherland & meyers Firm" This guy claimed I owed them $750. I explained to the guy. If i owe the debt I'll pay. However, since there is alot of fraud going on with collection agencies. He would need to provide me with a written statement of the claim & I'm also requesting their license #. This company didn't have my correct information. I'm waiting for my written statement from this company with the original company and address. The man wasn't too nasty with me. He said his name was "Loanshark". "Loanshark" really?

I also recieved the same illigal collection calls from what claimed to be Freemon Morgan & Associates Firm over the past 3-4 weeks, with strong threats of being arrested, prosecuted, jailed etc by a Ms Catherin Hall (alias) from a (402) 875-5586. She is quite" the mean person over the phone and I beleive loves to spark great anger. Also so be warned, never give to then any of your account numbers, if you have, stop them by changing your account numbers ASAP. They can not ever," do to you the threatning things they say. Please call  the FTC (877)382-4357 file your complaint with Ref#3075050 so that we may send them a message, also call the FBI 9402) 493-8688, AOG (402) 471-2682 and tell them of your threats  and know your rights. The PO, BOX 109 DAVIE, FL 33328 is to a UPS drop box location at 4611 S. University Davie, FL 33328-3817 not the US Postal Service for their better cover, and the number above is a none published number- sound fishy right? It is and we should file a Class Actions Lawsuit against them and get Paid. Future Calls should be recorded and documented. Lets stop these criminals acts, get paid, sleep better and bring hope to others. (Smile)

These guys are scammers,  they have to valididate your debt and they will not do this.  It is illegal for them to threaten you with arrest for an unpaid bill

I just got a call saying that they got 2 complaints against me and that I tried to defraud a financial institution. They claim to have a docket number and stated that I or my attorney need to contact them. I have no idea. They also said they would serve me papers at my home or my employment. #402-875-5586

I just got a message on my cell phone telling me to call.  Some sort of collection call I suppose and they claim to have a docket number.  Doubt that it is me....I just got this cell phone number a week ago
