I get this call several times a day.  I don't always answer, but if I do answer, there is no one there.  How can I get them to stop?

This phone number has been calling a lot to my home number, first the name of Rhea Collen was recorded now is Nebraska?? (Nov 5, 2010) answer and no one on the other end ???? what is this?

UNKNOWN CALLER NO MESSAGE LEFT

This number called with the name Rhia Colleen telling me that they were from the Fire Department for the state of Flordia wanting me to donate money.
