Thick accent talking about warranty on my dodge when I called him out on being a scam he hung up

This number has called me twice today. First time no message was left so I answered the second time. It's on an auto-dial - no one was there when I said "Hello" so I hung up.

I got a second call from this number today.  They are now blocked on my iPhone.
When I said 'hello'  nobody answered back.

received the same call  interstate national dealer services is the claim.

Received call.  They knew my name but I had interference on the phone and could not talk to them. Tried to call back but said number was no longer in service.  Caller ID shows Hastings, NE

If you bought a GM product, these are the tards that will try to sell you an extended warranty to cover the air in your car.
I asked them to stop, I told them I sold the car, I cited fed communication regs as applicable ... they are fraud artists operating in complete disregard of the law as well as human decency.
they should be publicly horsewhipped and doused in lemon juice along with the dealerships that contract them to harass  customers.
