definitely an unwanted call especially on my cell phone, don't feel it necessary to waste ANY paid for minutes on yahoos such as this fricking company

Computer call selling a car warranty. I don't even own a car.

They call my cell and home phone. I own a 15 year old car. My warranty is about to expire how about it expired 10 years ago. LOL

This number called me on my Trac-Phone. Didn't answer it cause I didn't recognize the number, figured it was a telemarketer and was right, I don't need these idiots eating up my flippin' minutes, time, and money! Don't think it is a prepaid thing as they call my parents and grandparent's landline.

How do we stop these telemarketing phone calls to my cell phone eating my minute away? I thought telemarketing was not allowed to call cell phone numbers.

Didn't answer the call (was driving!), and they didn't leave a message.  In the last month this is my second random # call received that I didn't answer, that didn't leave a message, and that probably is a telemarketer.  Glad I didn't answer and waste my time and phone minutes/money!

FYI: Called me at 12:12pm on Friday, March 27, 2009.

They called me this morning too. Didn't leave a message. I have T-mobile so I dont think its a pre-paid thing.

This phone number just called my brand new iPhone!  So I decided to go online and find this number I have never seen before in my life.  Found another comment that made a complaint about this number in Nebraska.  Example: "402-982-0489 called my 15 year old daughter's unpublished cell number. She pressed one and told them not to call and that she didn't even have a car yet. hate telemarketers!!!!!"  Well, only my mom and dad and about 3 friends have my new cell phone number.  My new # isn't even published either!  I work hard to keep my phone only friends and family.  Not idiots / businesses / telemarketers calling my new phone to harass me, especially early in the morning when I am at work.  This is a bunch of horse pooh.  Someone needs to stop this.  I don't just give my digits to who ever.  And besides, I just graduated form college, I don't need to spend $ on crap.  My phone is private.  No for sellers to call me 24/7 and BS about some petty crapy job they have to harasses new numbers!  I just reported this number to AT & T.

Got the same stupid call and realized somehow they got my cell phone number... Have to say I was quite nasty from the get go with the "poor" telemarketer on the other end...

OK, so I'm not AT ALL remorseful.  I said immediately, "My car is completely paid for, always has and don't know who the f*** you are, don't really care, but it would SOOOOOO be in YOUR best interest to take my phone number off ANY list you have or get used to the rash o' sh** that I will undoubtedly rain down on you and anyone in your wake"

Soooo I know this was more self serving, and probably did no real good as far as deterring subsequent intrusions... but gotta admit, it was a little fun to vent...

dumb scam wanting to sell car warrenties. they are probably calling from india or guam but not from the usa for sure.

How do you know you have the rght company? There are at least several companies selling auto warranties using similar recordings and subcontracting different telemarketers.

Asked if I was interested in extending my warranty

I asked who they were and if the car co. gave them info.

He replied with a number series,
said not to call them (I hadn't).
He wished me a good day and hung up.

3 minutes and 22 seconds

got called today didnt answer

I answered the call and was put through to a rep. He told me it was for an extended warrenty on my car, he got my name but then I asked him where I bought my car (the dealership) and why I needed to tell him the make/model if he was the one trying to tell me my warrenty was expired. He said that he would place me on the "do not call list"... I guess we'll see...

They called my Verizon phone, no message. I returned the call and got a recording asking if I didn't want to hear about special promotions I could be placed on their do not call list.  yeah right.

Called my cellular phone and did not leave a message.
