Victoriaaaaaa! Why do you ignore me?!

OK, finally got a number - please let me share it:  1-800-203-9783 and I called and gave the rep all the phone numbers...hopefully they will stop.  If not then I can and will final a formal complaint with the FCC.

Please let me know of how to stop them from calling our office we have 18 phone lines and I get this call on everyone of them 2 and 3 times a day! How do I get them to stop?  Since they are using the telephone can I file a formal compliant with the FCC?

I'm in Ontario also, waited about 3 min on hold then got someone, takes 72 hrs.

Had to hold about 3 min to get a representative, then gave my number and they removed me from call list, said would take about 72 hrs.

"Hi, this is Victoria, from Survey RC. Please stay on the line while I transfer your call. *Fog horn* This is your captain speaking!--" And I hang up. I'm an intern, and I get this call about once a month. It never fails, I think of all 10 times I've used my work phone, 6 of them have been this telemarketing.

these people never stop calling. I want no more calls from Survey RC

The FTC does not allow automated calls to cell phone numbers, automated calls to cell phones are illegal under the Consumer Telecommunications Privacy Act. Don't go through the FTC, go to Federal Court, file a law suit for $500.00, and if you can't afford the filing fees, you can get a form at Federal Court that allows you to file fee free, if they call again, file another lawsuit, etc. The issue isn't the FTC, there are too many questionable telemarketers/survey companies out there, and they can just change their number and name and re-open shop when the heat gets on. But even if the FTC sues them, they get the money, who would you want to see have the money, the government, or YOU?

Got a call from 402-982-0554 6:10 pm EST at work on my RECORDED LINE saying that if I answered their questions I'd get free boarding pass on a Bahama's cruise. I didn't participate. They hung up. I wrote number down and called back. Voice said to press #1 to add my number to their DO NOT CALL me list . Said it takes 72 hours.  YOU SHOULD INCURE FINES out the wazoo my annoying friends!!!!!

They've called 3 times today.  I hung up twice without listening to the call.  The third time, I answered and nobody was on the line.  After a minute or so, the person/machine hung up on me.  Shows up on caller ID as Estasol.  From what I understand, this company sells cruises.

Estasol called me at 3:45 P.M., CDT, and asked me to participate in a survey for two free tickets on a cruise. I began hitting the 0 for about 10 time, and finally a live person answered. I asked them to remove my phone number from their call list and was told I had to speak with another person. Thbs took an inordinate amount of time. I grew tired of waiting and finally hung up. How on earth do you stop this incessant hogwash? They just change their number and keep calling>

I got the call today, let the answering machine take it, but they left no message.  Reverse lookup indicates the number is an unpublished landline from Omaha, NE.  Caller ID shows ESTASOL.

This number constantly calls my 13 year old daughter's cell phone.

Constantly get these calls myself,  but the "return" number appears as 000-000-0000 - obviously bogus.  
But is it "Survey RC", which they finally started declaring with a live agent who immediately bumps you over to their recorded cruise ship horn blaring leaving you no time to insist they remove your number from their list.  
In Canada you can register on the National "DoNotCall" list, but it takes 31 days to take effect - if the telemarketers bother to take heed (which many don't).  <https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng>  
But you can also register a complaint through this link. -- So follow up and if they get enough complaints about this one they just might be able to do something.  I'm waiting to see!

I just received a call from them again and I even managed to contact the company last time and asked them to take me off their call list...which as our law specifically states that when we ask, they must do...yet I keep getting these damn calls. In the middle of the day, at work.

Calling them back and pressing 1 to be placed on their do not call list doesn't work. They keep calling me.
