Received call from this number.  Did not recognize and did not answer.  No message was left.  Called back and got recording about special promotions and being removed from "their list".  My number is on the DNC list.  Very frustrating as I used to live in Omaha and still have friends there.

these guys keep on calling me either on my house phone or on my cell phone.  i thought these kind of people were not supposed to call your cell phone?  anyways they call to tell me about my credit card and how they can reduce my interest rate.  for one we don't have a credit card and it scares me when they do call because i always think that someone has stollen my identity and opened a card.  they said to talk with an operator then press one, when i tried to tell them not to call me anymore she interupted me and hung up before i was done talking.  frusterating and i wish that they wouldn't call me anymore.  but i am not sure how to stop this one.  it doesn't sound like this would be covered under the DNC listings.

I picked up and its a credit card scam about your credit card, which obviously I don't have with them..  the # 402-982-0801

Called me on my cell phone.  Told them not to call me.    They told me a new federal law requires me to send them $19.95 to be placed on the list.  Then if I received more than 5 call a month they would refund my fee.

Got a call from this number and another one within 12 hours.  It was the same 714 number listed above by "Larissa R." Are they connected?

Told me they were affilliated with wal-mart and wanted to "register" my card
number for winners. Called wal-mart no promotion no information for party number. look out where do they get numbers from?

This number just called my fiancé's cell phone which is also his business number. They've been calling several times a week for about a month. He never answers since we know it's some sort of tele-junk. It's  doubly annoying since these calls take up his cell minutes. Anytime we've told any of these companies to not call another one just pops up in it's place. Bloody irritating.

these junk calls are so annoying >.>

Just kept ringing.  Been getting tons of calls from these people (hence the reason for turning off the answering machine)! I work at home & everytime the phone rings, I have to stop working, even if only to quickly ck the Caller ID!  So frustrating when trying to get things done!  Family knows when to call & if an emergency, call my cell.  I'm thinking about getting rid of the landline.  If phone companies are listening, these types of calls are why you're losing money!

Received a call from this number at 3:26 PM CST on July 15, but did not pick up.

I got the call at 11:42 yesterday afternoon..didn't answer it. The rumor is they can charge your cell amazing amounts of $$$ on some of these calls.
I never answer a number I don't know.

I got a missed call from this number on my cell this morning. No message. Jerks! I know where to go to get what I want and/or need when I need/want it. The people in the middle of the mall corridors are just as bad. I can see the sign and the kiosk, don't chase me down with a hair tool or hand lotion!

Called my cell @ 5:20pm EST.  Didn't answer because I was napping.  Checked missed calls and found it was a Nebraska number.  I have wondered how they get our numbers, but I think that it might just be random.  People all over the country are getting this call and it's not just cell users.  I've only had my current number for a few months and this is the second or third time I've gotten unwanted calls from jerks like these.  They must just have a dialing machine or something, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to who they call.

The reason they don't tell you who they are when you call back is because they peddle multiple "services." The main ones are credit counseling, car warranties and health insurance. I almost managed to get the number of my operator once, but someone else picked up the line, yelled at me, and disconnected the phone before I got the number. This time I asked to be removed off their internal calling list and the girl broke down and started cussing up a storm about her own company. She said she was tired of this f-ing insurance s***. It was strange.

Didn't recognize caller ID, so didn't pick up 'cuz I get lots of these calls at my work number.

I got a call on my cell phone. Only family and in case of emergency are supposed to have this number. They left a voicemail. It started in the middle of a recorded message. It said something about if I was an Africian I could get free medical care, dental, vision care, etc. I listened to most of the message and at the end it said if I would like to be taken off their contact lists to press one. (Like that would work with a message). My phone said the number was from Nebraska.

Received a call and hang up with no message from this number today 4/17/09 at 2:53pm

They JUST called me right now. I didn't answer. I hate when numbers call me that I don't know.
