posted vehicle for sale on kijiji, received call immediately.  no one on the other line, then I heard a "ding" and a "good-bye" in a woman's voice (obviously a machine).

Got a call from this number as a result of an ad I posted to sell a vehicle(said his firm was from Vancouver (curious how they made it show up as an Alberta number on caller display) with offices all over Canada, but oh when asked he said he did not think they had a physical prescence in Calgary (perhaps its not a big enough city to justify an office?). Jist of the call was for "free" at no cost to me, I'd get my full asking price, they'd help sell my vehicle,......... Oh by the way this free, I get my full price, would cost me a mere $29.00 per week on my credit card for TEN WEEKS, and if no sale by then, I'd get another 10 weeks of their efforts for "free", after which time I would get a full refund if no sale (yeah right).  I told him I'd consider using them, but only if they emailed me first with a link to their website and their phone number. He was evasive and clearly not wanting to do this, and eventually pretended to sound like he would email me, but before I let him go I told him he had no intention of emailing me because he had not even asked for my email address and he had said he did not have my ad in front of him. What a clown.

Got a call w someone on the other end. He asked something in a weird sounding voice then said are you there and hung up. I tried calling back and the number was not assigned
