I got a call from these people back in Jan 2012 and of course I fell for it and paid the 865$ cause i thought that it was valid...the sent me an email with confirmation and everything, today I tried to contact them at the number above and it's now a company called Global I asked what kind of company they were and the man said we help people avoid litigation for past debt... I only went back to this matter because I've had numerous calls from other companies caliming the same Advance America debt that i thought i paid, this is ridiculous they need to grow up and leave me alone

I knew someone who worked for this company a while back. when the company was under a different name. which they change the name so often so they dont get in trouble or catch. It use to be Collins & Myers and its llc Ross Delong & Associates. They claim to be real attorneys and also change names and numbers so the "attorneys" dont get in trouble after a while either. They threat people all day long, saying things like you'll get shoved into the back of a cop car and go to jail if you dont pay or your going to have a warrant out for your arrest if you dont pay within the next hour. they just laugh and joke about it too. and when people do actually pay the money its going straight to there company or better yet the "manger" Eric Ross uses it for and on himself,  between all the shoes, clothes, food, dates, drinks and arounds of shots he buys im sure innocent peoples money is being put to good use. they are and have been doing things very illegal for many months now.  this company shouldnt even be running anymore. i feel sorry for the people that are actual victims of this CRIME.

i worked for them they are located at 7948 baymeadows road jacksonville florida under the llc ross delong & associates. they use many attorney names like morgan lewis & associates and many many others. they tell the collectors it is impossible to be traced and change there call back names, attorney names and phone numbers. they short employees on their pay and our now being looked at by the department of labor. they are being reported to the ny attorney general the federal trade commission and the florida attorney general

This has happened to me and Now I am oout of money I didn't have in the first place.  After paying this debt (so I thought) I got a email confirmataion that the debt was satisfied...$359  over the amount...Walmart doesn't have a record of the transaction...and Moneygram wants another fee to supposedly check transactions for the date questioned..I soon found out that moneygram has their own scams...Who do you trust anymore????

These people are very nasty and are making millions of of people like us....they are liers, arrogant, just down right evil...They lie about who they are, and just get you so upset because they don't tell you who they are, or who they represent...They just blert out that you didn't respond to a certified letter and the  judge has issued  a warrent for your arrest...either pay an amount stated, or turn yourself in and you wont be charged with a felony.

Received a call from these dirtbags at Law Office of Collins & Myers 817-400-1118. Claimed that a warrant will be filed for my arrest in the morning for a forged check, of which never disclosed the specifics. Fortunately, I am a wise consumer to know only the state can issue warrants for my arrest after being screened by th AG with substantial proof of criminal activity provided. These guys are a joke as far as scammers are concerned. I love laughing at these do***ebags and keeping them on the line. Thanks for the entertainment!

I had a very good experience with these people. I am sure these people have made 100s of calls. I for one am very glad to talk to Mr Lewis. He helped me clear my debt that I created several years ago. It is all to easy to not answer those collection calls... I

I just received a call from Collins and Meyers saying we owe electronic check for Check and Go.  They wouldnt give any information, saying my husband has to turn self in today or pay $1000 in 30 minutes or they are coming out to arrest him.  I called the courts to see if he had any warrants out...and of course he doesnt have any warrants out.  I never received anything in the mail, how the hell are they going to arrest someone with no paper work filed.  They are scammers...

Got a call today from 214-396-4127 which is apparently related to this number. They claimed to be Collins & Meyers Law Firm and that I was going to be charged with check fraud and wire fraud for a internet loan back in April 2009. They said the original lender was CNG Enterprise or Check N Go. They appear to be violating the fair credit protection act and I highly doubt any warrant will be issued. I recall a call a month or more ago threatening the same thing.

A Donald Lawson called  from Collins and Myers Law Firm about a internet payday loan claiming that I was going to be charged with a felony warrants for wireless fraud and issuance of a worthless check due to a payday loan.  In the past I told them I would work to pay what I owed on the payday loan but not the fees.  They wouldn't work with me on these.I found out that my original loan was sold off to other collection agencies so anything over the amount is to me a kickback.  What scumbags!!!!

Reicevved call from 2143964706 which is a cell phone then tried blocking this number out came through anyway 855 212 3730  this morning @11:53 said to go to walmart and make a payment of 1013 will email $e all the info john lewis stated to call him bk in a few minutes I realize didn't give me any information on payment I called bk and JL stated hold on ill b right bk came bk on fone no infomation did give bank information from husband account told me to call bk did give con. # went online to search to c if these people r legial call bk to. Ask ?s will not give me any information john lewis got on the phone and said mam u giving my paralegal a hard time u stupid a** bi*** I hung up do have it on recordet!!!!!

Got a call from this number today.  Caller made noises (in a message) about a returned item on my "personal checking account."  Calling back, first call, a gruff voice said something like, "It's a mistake, don't call this number again."  Waited a few minutes, dialed again, and got a recording that answered "Collins and Myers" with words indicating that it was a law firm.  Didn't leave a message.  This is not the first time I've heard from "Collins and Myers" and won't be worrying about it if it happens again.

This is an intimidation tactic!  Don't worry your head with this BS.  I received the same phone call about an hour ago from Keith Spencer's office, 1-855-212-3730.  My identity was stolen and the idiot had the nerve to apply for a loan under my name and had the money deposited into his back account.  I tried to supply the company with proof of this information but they insist that I owe them the money.  I do not have any outstanding debts and I definitely do not need to bounce a check.  It's not that bad!  Who threatens to send someone to pick you up and put you in jail if you don't pay a bill anyway.  Threaten all you want to, I will not roll over for this!

this is the worst company!!! got a phone call and wasnt told who i was speaking to or what company they work for at any point...was told that i was dumb and that i was going to jail over a return check for 1200 dollars that needs to be paid within a half hour. wouldnt give any info what or who the check was written to and told me if i dont go get my check book someone will be sent to pick me up and take me to jail today...
