I answered this without looking - luckily the connection was really bad and I could barely hear the caller and I disconnected -- I hope that it won't be on my phone bill?!!

its a spam call from Alberta Canada; some call your home claiming to offer rebates or refunds on over paid utilities, the ones calling your cell phone have the ability to charge you through your cell phone carrier and it ends up on your bill.  Never give your banking or credit card info to someone calling you.  If you are told money is due to you from any of your utilities, hang up and call the number on your bill.  If they really owe you money, the still will when you call them back..   :+)

Also, call with low beep sounds, clicks, or no sound at all could be spammers, scammers, or telemarketers.  The sound you hear is a computer, generating a report to the owner of the number, letting them know the hours you are at home or the hours that your home is empty.

just got this call from this # today...tried to look it up but don't know or where it's from

just got this call and googled it

yes i am in michigan and they have called me 3 times already this week. am beginning to get very annoyed. they say they are from home improvement, i do not know why they call because i always hang up. i know it's a scam because they would have no reason to have my numberthey called me at 7:00 pm and now again at 8:33 pm they are relentless and i can't understand what he says except he is from home improvement. he also asks for me by my first name and that is kind of scary

same prob as everybody. tired of them calling anytime they want. No one speaks.

why doesnot t mobile give me an option for call blocking. Nokia 521 phone.
I have just got 2 new numbers from tmobile  nokia 521  no option to block these callers.  i have over 100 calls to one of these new assigned numbers.  tmobile  stop re assigning numbers so soon.. i even got a call from t mobile  trying to get the last guy who had this number  to pay his bill so the number was re assigned way to soon.

yes and one of the calls is from this 403 number. if some one know who it is  in Alberta post it, i may be in Alberta this summer i could pay them our respects

yet another company calling and recalling.  seems to be yet another possible  setup that calls them when you answer and then try to scam you

Ditto, deedee! It's unusual to get sales calls from Canada, but maybe they're doing it to get around the US's "Do Not Call" registry? They also called LONG before the 9am US start time for sales calls.

these people keep calling. i do not know who they are and have asked them to stop but they continue to call all hours of day or night
