It may be legal for political parties to make these robo calls but I certainly will not vote for them. If the Wingnuts are so certain they will win the next election, why are they so ashamed of their brand by not have their name appear on caller Id and by using so many numbers that it's impossible to block them? Why is it politicians can pass laws that makes life easier for them (such as phone calls) but we can't pass laws to make them to behave like reasonable people.

This number keeps calling and calling. It is quite frankly annoying. Someone should be shutting them down. It show's up as unknown name and unknown number, then they call back with this number attached to it. On both the upstairs and my line.

I've received 3 calls from this number this week and 1 last week. Do not leave messages if calls go unanswered.

i too got the same call but they left no message.  the question is what is why are they calling
is someone trying to use our id or get a loan  or  a mortgage under our name.

I have received three calls from this number and when I ask who is calling they will not identify themselves, leave a message or state the reason for the call.  Asked for h by name.  First was a man's voice, second and third a woman's voice with quite a bit of noise in the background.  It seems all very secretive.  If this is a political party would they not give some campaign speech?

It isn't from the Wildrose.  They are pretending to represent the party.  It has been reported to elections Albert.

I am always at work when they call. they call every day at 2 to 230 and leave no message. I pick up on my day off one day and they asked me if I would give them support in the upcoming election and I told them I dont know who to vote for and they keep calling me. If I want to vote from them before they called I probably wont vote for them. I wish they would stop calling me

I think the Kocke brothers from the US just might be behind this Wildrose party, a lot of their policies seem to mirror stuff that's going on south border.

I heard they set up a lobbying office in Alberta, I guess this may be a manifestation of that.

Got a call from this number at 4:19 pm. Girl was asking for someone named David, I told her it was the wrong number and they hung up.

Got this call to my Cell a few mins ago and didn't answer.  Read through the posts here however so I assume it's regarding the AB Election.

Well we ARE on the do not call list and STILL got called. Filing a formal complaint.

Got a phone call from this number on March 28 at 3:11pm and today at 3:36 pm.  No message left.  Kind of irritating to have missed calls when I'm currently on a job search, only to discover that it's a political party trying to drum up support.

Yeah just take it. Must have voted for Harper.

I have been contacted twice without a verbal message and it sounded like a party in the background.

I'm 48 with a listed number and I have never been contacted by a politician once in my life at home. I don't think our numbers should be given to the parties and I don't think many people know they are.

I prefer politicians in a public forum...not at my private residence.

So they called back today, but I was on the other line at the time however so it didn't get blocked (they had called a day or two ago and I added them to my PhoneTray Free block list - check it out, it works great!).

I knew this number was familiar somehow, so I answered it thinking it was someone I knew.

Nothing but loud music in the background and someone repeating 'hello?' like they couldn't hear me. Sounded like they were at a party or in a club.

Calling back went straight to an answering machine, where I impolitely left a message. Is this actual political spam or one of the hundreds of scams? Not sure, but they're staying blocked.

It is the Wildrose Alliance... they have called my cell phone many times over the past month, finally someone talked and asked if we were gonna vote for them! Do they really need to telemarket for votes? If so they do not need to be elected!

Called tonight, asked for both me and gf by name then hung up...

This number has called many times... never answered until today they asked for my bf by name I said he wasn't available then they hung up!

my parents got a call from this number they asked for me -they used my name- i called the number back got answering machine i said i will call back later but i did not leave my house number

Forgot to mention, the very young sounding girl said she was of age to vote when i asked her. She ask if we are going to vote and for what party. I said whatever answer means I do not get a robocall.
