Just got 7 consecutive calls from this number and nothing on the other end when I picked up.

Got a call  from this number and the message left was some kind of garbled prank like stuff.
I'm thinking from the comments above it is pranks and nuisance stuff .. would think that police could trace and shut down??

I was housesitting at my parents home & he asked if I would like the price of the furnace cleaning special. I said no thank you, you'll have to call back next week. He then proceeded to ask why. I told him I was not the home owner and he'd need to call back. He said... "What is your name?" I said, Why do you need to konw my name. He mumbled something and I asked him to repeat what he said. I again told him that he did not need to know my name. He said, "I need to know your name as I'm crazy about your voice."
What a creep... I was ready to call the cops and may still...

Claim they are a carpet/furnace cleaning outfit

A person called from this number to our housenumber, claiming that we had been calling him for three days and that he was going to call the cops.....etc. This was a very strange call. We never called the number, so I don't know where this comes from.

it was a call to my cell phone.

This caller also tried to sell me on his Dust cleaning service. Trouble is I am on the National Do Not Call List  and he violated their terms. I filed a formal complaint against him.

I call block with *60, you should try it  You can block a phone number by entering the number * (star) 60, and typing in the number you wish deleted. By entering this code you can selectively block a phone number, and the caller will be rejected.Most phone companies might charge a fee for this service, but it is small and often well worth the cost.

I just answered the phone. There was a few seconds of silence and I said hello a few times. Still nothing, I decided to wait to see if it was a prank. So maybe 10-15 seconds have elapsed, then a recorded message abruptly says Goodbye and then connection goes dead.  Not impressed. I`m so tired of these types of calls.

I picked up and for 10 seconds there was no noise. I said hello like 3 times..pausing and taking time between each hello. The person then started talking just before I hung up. These telemarketers are kinda slow.

Was called today from this company. Call quality was poor. The person on the line asked to speak to to Mr. or Mrs. X. and started into his spiel about furnace cleaning, and $50.00 discount. When I asked to be removed from their calling list he said he CAN NOT do that. so I asked to speak to the manager, and was told to add myself to the DNCL for them not to call.  I am on the DNCL. Have been since 2008.

I also got a call, and there was terrible static in the background. He asked to speak to my Dad and I told him he wasn't available. He then asked if I was his daughter and then asked for my email address.

He didn't get it. This guy is a creep

Please stop calling people at random and learn some business ethics. Your company reputation is slidding downhill at an increasingly fast rate especially when you post such garbage as this.

I was called at my business. I heard call center noise in the background and requested to be removed from thier list before any statement was made by them. The responder replied in a thick East Indian accent "I have uneducated men".

I think the more amusing part is I likely have a higher level of education than he will ever earn.

Who ever they are, they clearly are not professionals.

This guy phoned me today too. He spoke in broken English and kept trying to sell me his companies servies instead of answering my questions. I repeatedly asked him for his website information. He said he would call me back and humg up on me. I am making a complaint to the National Do Not Call List as I am on their list and this fellow has no done his research of who NOT to call...

This guy named riaz calls me n says hi is mrs **** there i said speaking he said oh you sound so young n ur voice is sexy n i said im married n he said give me ur fb id or email im from pakistan im lookin for a girl i played along n gave fake addy n saw his pic he looks like young man n then i called back the n number n the boss picked up he said his name was adam n he has furnace cleaning so i gave him fake address n he is goin to clean their furnace haha messer became the messy lol

got a call from this jerk, he asked for the homeowner, by name as eeryone else has said. i never get calls like that so i hung up, he called back in a couple hours and asked for the homeowner again is mr.*********** in? i said no and he gave me a loud obnoxious WHY, i said because he isnt, so he said well who are you then? i said thats not important who the f*** are you?? then he told me he was going to phone the police on me :/ what a weirdo, i hung up lol

he asked for my dad and when i said he want there he said f*** your life like WTF?

All i got was a simple "goodbye".

This number called me at my Calgary, AB home and asked to speak with the home owner (asked by name). I asked what it was about and the man said his furnace cleaning company was going to be on my street and that he could come by. I asked if it was a free service and he said no. I then told him I was on the federal do-not-call list and I would be reporting him to phone busters. He told me to go ahead and do that because he is very rich and can afford it. I then asked him how he remains in business with such unethical practices, again I get the responce that he is very rich and doesn't matter. He told me his name was Sean Arnac (spelt out from him) and that his company is Duct Works. Then told me the link to his website is Ductworks.com  

If you research ductworks.com, it is a US company that only does work in Colorado with no links to such phone number. My guess is that the man on the phone gave me a false company name and possibly a false name.  I also think that user "Satisfied" with the above message is the caller. People who get good service do not research a company after the service has been done. They also do not post on this website, especially if they don't have any problems with them.

There is also no such company in Canada called: Western Duct/Furnace cleaning as mentioned from user "Catz".

I just hope that uneducated people don't get conned in by this man. Whatever he is offering...

I got a call from this number 403-770-9323 Named as furnace cleaning company, These people sounded me very professionals, I told him that I have to check some other companies... as they were giving the best price 130$, then I checked other companies they were quite expensive then this company... I called them back on the same number, Then I fixed an appointment for yesterday, Now... I got my furnace and carpets done in very cheaper rates... I would recommend you people that you should definitely go with this company.

I was given this phone number from someone selling furnace cleaning.  They said it was for "New Light" furnace cleaning.  I told them I will be getting my furnace cleaned but in another month and I'll call them when I'm ready.  Tonight my wife got a call from someone selling furnace cleaning.  She repeated that we're not doing any cleaning until next month.  The guy called her irritating and wanted to talk to the man of the house.  I took the call and he wouldn't identify himself.  It sounds like the same guy because he started giving me the same language as "angry," above.  I hung up only to have him call back and give me the same routine three times.  The *69 identified the phone number as 403-280-1689.

I received a call from (403) 770-9323 asking for the home owner, I told him to leave a msg so he did.....he told me that he is conducting a duct/furnace cleaning job in this neighborhood whether the home owner is interested in cleaning their duct/furnace.  He left the above phone # for someone to call him back.  I wonder whether this company is legit??

Got a call from (403) 770-9323, and caller asked for the home owner.  When I asked what the call was about, he refused to give me any information about why he was calling.  Instead of telling him when the home owner would be in (the information he was pushing for), I hung up.  

After getting two calls back from the same number that I didn't pick up, I received a call from (403) 201-6797.  When my girlfriend picked up, the guy asked for the "Male" he was just talking to.  When I said hello I got a statement that was something like " You think you can hang up on me mother-F'er......F you" and then he hung up.  I would be very interested in finding out what company this is so I can make sure to never use them and pass around the word of how they do business.

i also rcvd a call..by the way company's name is Duct Works..guy was saying we are from Avarda basically and given me the website as well its www.duckworkds.com but i m not sure to go with them..The guy was giving me a good deal but never heard of it..
