That what just happened to me too that I won a trip to Disney land and Bahamas and they want my visa number ,So they can ship me the package and all that crap

I received two calls from these people....250-984-7292 and 403-800-0064 and it was first a southern fellow named Brian... claiming I won a trip for two to Disneyworld in Florida and the second caller was a winy young woman named Brandy with the same schtick....free trip to Disney world and the Bahamas...who knew?  I got mad at both of them and the continued to talk over me as I requested to know where I entered this trip and they refused to answer me....so I hung up....

Dec.07, 2009 at 1:50 PM. An agressive female tried to offer to Mrs Eva a free ticket from point-to-point to show their appreciation. I do not for what I have earned this special appraisal and I am not Mrs. The best way just hang up the phone on them.

These phone numbers belong to TollFreeForwarding.com. If you get a scammer calling from (xxx)-800-(xxxx), call TollFreeForwarding and inform them that scammers are using their forwarding services to conduct illegal activities.

I just rec'd a call from 403-800-0346, told me my birthday address and phone number. Was scary, said I won a trip to disney and Daytona. Needed my credit card for $194 admin fee. But it's a recording, I continued listening and it would reset after about 30 seconds. It was a pretty convincing scam till you have to pay for something!

This number has called me -  403-800-0342 - and said I won a trip with West Jet and they even asked me to give my credit card number - I just hung up on them - I do not give anypersonal info - also spoke with West Jet Head Office and they heard of this number and it is a scam - if you are not sure always call the Head Office -  that is what I did - they are a scam and it makes me mad - why can't they leave us alone - and I have a DO NOT CALL LISTING - AND WHY DO THEY KEEP CALLING - DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM - HANG UP ON THEM

Received a call from 403-800-0346. Told me I won a trip for 4 to Florida Daytona Beach. Asked for my husband's name and the scary part is they were able to tell me my date of birth, address and phone number.  The catch was I had to go to a "lecture", basically for a timeshare in Florida. They said I won it through shaw.ca.  In order to claim the prize and receive my package, I'd have to provide my Visa number and the cost is $194 for an admin fee.  I told her that I don't want to give my credit card number on the phone and to give the trip to someone else. She became very aggressive whereby I hung up the phone.  So aggressive they tried to call back immediately twice.

I'm in Calgary and have started getting these calls; three times so far between Aug 1 and Aug 10.  Never leaves a message, so I guess I'm lucky not to be bothered by more than the ring of the phone.  If it was important, they'd leave a message, so it's junk mail call for sure.  Number just shows as 'Unknown Caller' and shows this number.

They called once, I asked not be called again, they called again, I asked to speak to a "supervisor"...They continued to try and sell me to attend their presentation, they would not stop, i finally had to hang up. I think I will pay their office a visit in Calgary to ensure they do not interupt me again. Idiots!!!

Fortunately we have caller ID and an answering machine.  
If it says "unknown name" as in this case it did, we wouldn't asnwer it at all, and usually we just let the answering machine "take a message".  And of course they don't usually do that, so as long as they are going to keep calling they will continue to get the answering machine.

we didn't even know there could be an 800 "area" or city prefix.

A woman just called me, she asked for my husband, when I said he wasn't here, she hung up on me. They ever call again I'll be hanging up on them.

I just hang up on them if I bother to answer.  You can't even understand what they say most of the time.

Got a call at 10:30am from this number... I am living in Red Deer, the guy said I had entered a draw in the Calgary area for a free flight. Clearly a pakistanian type accent..

She called me and offered me same thing on December 18, 2009 2:43 PM. I asked for her company's phone number, she told me (403) 640- 7655 which is a land line.

this number has called me 3 times, once even after the 30 days past after i asked them to take me off the list, it is a scam saying you have a chance to fly free with west jet, and just hanging up dies not work they call back!

Called me three times I just kept hanging up, calls back hang up.

The guy calls more often than my family does. They try to bribe you into one of their "lecture" rooms.This is not a lecture but a one on one pressure technique. They try to get personal asking for your wife's name and to have her show up in the "interview" as well as if the decision needs to be consistent. The bribes are from hockey tickets to a "free" trip. Of course they need to confirm an appointment less than seven days prior to your interview. Any more than 7 days they come up with the excuse, we are unable to schedule for that time. They will pressure you into a confirmation of a "lecture" date within a week.  Don't make an appointment. They are www.ptpdestinations... they have a local number in vancouver as well. The same guy from NEW WESTMINSTER in area  code(604) is calling again a week later from area code (403). Desperate people.

Called me several times - would not take "no" for an answer.
