Hey in God we Trust ----- hopefully I am misunderstanding what you have said ----The fact is _-----i don't -and the other victims in these SCAMS--- DON'T owe ANY SCAM ARTIST ANYTHING!!!!!!! ---I am mad that these people spend there days threatening people inpersonating law officers/investigators/collectors to get other people's info and money---they are a***oles and they deserve punishment to the max extent of the law--you should not be so quick to judge people that are simply reporting a crime--bc yes it is a crime to do what "Sharon Jackson" AKA Nina Grant or whatever her name is --is doing and has been doing for obviously several years without being caught---- she steals money from people--- She took me for a lot of money and I have filed charges against her--I have reported her to the authorities--she will eventually be found out-----the truth will always come out in the end.

I received a message on my answering machine today from "Chief Investigator Bolton" at 10:30 am. The number was different..it was 678-999 # and my caller ID just said Atlanta Ga. I done a search of the # and it's a landline. She stated my full name and said that she was representing some company or bank or something and was trying to reach me about some kind of fraud or that this bank was filing against me and my SSN. She said they wanted her to resolve this matter by 12:00 noon today and if she didn't hear from me she was going to file warrants with the court in the county where I live. She knew the name of my county. She also said if I would contact her by 12 noon all would be dismissed. She said that this was a time sensitive # and she ended her message with saying "You do not want me to make this decision for you". What a B****. I actually did call her back but got some kind of recording to leave a message. I left a message and asked her to return my call because I wanted to know what all of this was about. I haven't heard from her yet but I hope she calls me back because I want the opportunity to tell her what a FRAUD she isand what she can do with her fake investigator title and her scam. There's several things to consider here: 1) No legitimate investigator is going to leave such a message on your phone and if they did, they wouldn't make threats. 2) This woman didn't even use proper English. 3) Time sensitive phone # ... really... does this person really think we're all a bunch of idiots???

I had this person call for my mother. Said that she had her information like SSN, home address, phone number etc. Siad that she was with a litigation firm and that it had something to do with writing bad checks. I have no idea if this is accurate because it was not for me. Hope this helps someone.

Called and hung up with no message.

First received a call from this number on 10/27/2010. Woman left a message for a Mrs. Amanda Randolf stating that she was investigating fraud and that she would be filing her report later that week. Out of concern for whoever Mrs. Randalf might be, I called back to notify the woman that she had the wrong number and that the person she was investigating is still in the dark about it.

Received another call from this number on 11/08/2010. This time I answered right away. The same woman again asked if I was Mrs. Randolf and again I said no and told her she had the wrong number. I told her that this was the second time she called me and that she needs to take better notes of the calls she makes and that I don't want her to call again. She insisted on verifying so she rattled off the last 4 digits of Mrs. Randolf's social security number and I assured her that was not even close to my SSN. She seemed a bit frustrated so I wished her luck in locating the person she is investigating and said goodbye.

I received another call from the same woman again today 11/16/2010. She asked for Amanda Randolf and when I said that was not me she asked if I went by the alias of Amanda ******** (my maiden name). I was taken aback a bit then told her that was indeed my maiden name but that my name has never been Randolf and that she most certainly has the wrong number. She started to ask to verify my social so I stopped her and told her that this was the third time I've told her that I am not, nor do I know, Mrs. Randolf and that I would appreciate it if she would stop calling me. She says, "Well the joke's on you, because I have never called you before." Then she hung up on me.

I'm certain this is a scam trying to fish for identifying info to steal people's identities.

I ALSO RECEIVED A CALL FROM "INVESTIGATOR BOLTON"  WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY TOLD ME I OWED THEM MONEY AND COULD SAVE COURT CHARGES IF I PAID NOW. I ACTUALLY OWED THE COMPANY THEY SAID I DO BUT AM PAYING SOMEONE ELSE ON IT. THEY INFORMED ME I AM PAYING THE WRONG PERSON! I NEED TO PAY THEM INSTEAD, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND PROOF BUT HAVE NOT, THEY SCREAMED AT ME WHEN I TOLD THEM YOU COULD NOT BE ARRESTED FOR OWING MONEY. I HAVE BACKTRACKED MY LOAN AND FOUND OUT I AM PAYING THE CORRECT PERSON. BEWARE THEY HAD ME VERY UPSET, I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE DOING IT BUT THEY HAVE ALOT OF INFORMATION AND THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I HAVE ALL MY PAPERWORK FROM THE CORRECT PEOPLE

This person by the name of Tiffany Sims called a family member today stating that I owe a debt from a payday loan company whom I never heard of...I stated that I needed written documentation she said she will place me on hold while she call the so called bank that I am suppose to have the account with..liar..she then got back onto the phone rattling off personal info of mine some of it was not even correct..these people are a part of the Maucoduit Luna scam...dont believe them at all they are trying to scam money from you.
I will be filing a suit against them because this needs to stop ASAP!! Forgot to add they also change their numbers as consumers find them out...so beware!!

Received a call from Ms. Bolton stating that she is trying to help me out on repaying a payday Loan that I received. She some how has the ability/authority to knock off 2000.00 woth of fees , only if I can pay her $468.00 today, right now on this phone call. Otherwise, she will be turning my claim over to the local authorities in my county.

I just received the third call from these folks.  Number always starts with area code 404 and prefex 228.  The number today was 404-228-6405.  This time "Chief Investigator Bolton" would not tell me who she worked for.  She's allegedly calling about a bank loan my son took out.  The story is a little different everytime.  The scary thing is, she knows my complete name - and it is unusual.  The two previous times, a chief investigator some body, two different males called, and they knew my other son's full  name - also very unusual.  He swears this is not a debt he owes.  This makes me very upset everytime it happens.  "Chief Bolton" got a little huffy with me when I told her not to call me.  She said my son had told her to call me...really???  My husband just called her back and she claims she never called here.  She also said my son was "a good kind", but then went on to say she had never met him.  What screw balls.  I just want them to go away and leave  me alone!!!  Can't someone stop them!

be careful these people are working all together. One person that calls herself Inspector Tolan called my mothers phone, Said my son was going to go to jail, for some unknown loan from 2007. Said he used my father for a reference. My father passed away in 2005. I got ahold of this B---- this morning. I told her I knew her name was Naomi Hinton, she lives at 4288 Old House Lane, Conley Georgia. She then tried telling me, that she had someone elses phone number. Phone numbers get recycled. She was a joke. I also told her her house was up for sale. She said it's to early for me to be arguing with her. I said good. I asked for the business address and the name of the company, she refused kept trying to change the subject. She finally got pissed and hung up the phone. My son called her and ended up talking to a Miss Bolton. She siad he needed to call her back today with his prepaid card number. (Not). They must think we are all idiots. She tried telling him he was going to jail, and that she's already contacted the States Attorney in our county. I got news for her I contacted them to. Along with the Attorney General. Hopefully they will charged soon for scamming people. She told my son she didn't want to talk to me anymore. I really pissed her off, and I'm not done yet. The number came from 404-963-5072. She speaks so fast on your voice mail you can't understand the business she says. because it's not real.

Received a call from a Bolton lady. She kept saying she was going to have me served to go to court from something back in 2007. I also told her I was currently un-employed, and she erplied that I would not erceive any unemployment because she was going to file "fraud" under my name on the credit report and I would not receive any unemployment compensation. I am filing a complaint with the State of Georgia.

I got a phone call from a number 404 254 2117 with the same names that were used to pull the scam i talked to a couple of diffrent people then this lady miss bolton got on making threats about a loan over the internet i was shocked and scared because of the threats she was making to call the county where i live she couldnt even say the county right i agreed to pay so i came home to look on the internet it claimed the same people i talked to were scames so i turned it in to the police and gave them this web site so they can see all the complaints i hope they charge these people with all the complaints

I spoke with Ms. Bolton today about some case involving my ex-husband. We've been divorced since 2000, and live in different states, neither one in Georgia, but he was stationed there in the military.  Ms. Bolton stated that she needed to hear from him before 1:00 pm (phone call was @ 11:30!) so she could get the case dismissed.  If that didn't happen, I would be expected to appear in court along with him, since he put my name down as a reference.  I have never co-signed on anything with him, not even when we were married, and do not owe any money to anyone involved with him.

Its also listed as a land line phone, which means they're doing a phishing scam out of their home or one of their friends homes. Keep an eye on your credit report and report them tho your state's attorney general office, make a police report, and contact the FBI as well. These people don't have anything else to do.

Yeah some fool by the name of A. Jackson called me 3 times leaving messages as well and I found the same information you listed above. Yes it is a down right scam and he had the nerve to name all of my relatives and threating to take legal action talking about a civil complaint for a internet fraud. When I blocked his number he called back as unknown. I answered the phone and didn't say a word. I just started smacking and crunching on food in his ears. Then he hung up.

Thanks for that info---I just got a call from a different number but the caller ID is M & L, LCC---404-549-8605--very rude yelling and 'threatening' to call my HR office and tell them what kind of person they had at the front desk.  And they were going to turn me over to my county Fraud department (whatever that is). This guys name was Inspector Davis---so I will add them to my report, but just a heads up so that you are all aware of the different numbers and the company ID that comes up.

Received a call from this dipwad yesterday---very rude, told her I needed proof but she just kept talking and was very condescending!!!  She called me again today and left a voice mail that if I didn't call her back today by 4:00 she would turn me over to the officials in my county (which she did know what county I live in) but she was very 'charming' and so 'helpful'.  But I will be contacting the authorities with the information and especially after what I've read/seen here.  It's sad that there are people like Ms. Bolten out there!

I have received calls from a investigator named upchurch...first of all where do they come up with this names.  She first called my mother in law, who was freaking out, then they called my cell number and told me that if i had taken a payday loan out and said that I have until 3 o'clock that day to pay it in full or my local authorities were going to come and arrest me for fraud.  I was so scared because I had no idea what was going on.. She knew my social  security number and everything, and the scariest part was she knew one of my credit card numbers.  I immediately canceled that credit card and called my local police department and told them what was happening and that she knew everything about me.  where i lived and all my personal information.  They are looking over this and going to press charges against this company for making false accusations, please be careful.  I never once took out a payday loan especially over the internet im not that stupid.  So if some people want to complain about not paying back loans, well they should really see whats in their back yards before they look into others.  thank you

Multiple times over the past couple of weeks I?ve received a phone call from this number from an ?investigator? Bolton purporting to be looking out for my best interests and wanting to ?work with me? to resolve a matter of fraud and some debt I owe.  She goes on to leave me her number with requests that I call her by a certain time ?that day? to keep the matter from going further.

The calls come into my home number, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the early afternoon and her deadlines are always like ?4:00 PM? or ?5:00 PM?. Like many people who work, I?m not at home from early morning until usually 6 PM or later?I?ve returned her calls in the evening after returning home and ALWAYS get her voice mail.  Despite my telling her that I?m not available to take or make personal phone calls at the time of say she calls, the calls continue to come in with the ridiculous time frame for me to respond.

Aside from my mortgage and student loans (all of which are current) I don?t owe anybody anything and I know I?m not involved in any ?fraud?.  I also know that anytime a debt collector starts using ?scary/official sounding? titles and demanding return calls by a certain time of day, you are almost certainly dealing with either 1) a scam artist or 2) an debt collector that cares NOTHING about federal or state laws regarding such matters?in either case, they aren?t people you want to deal with.

My solution was to block their number?if they want to file a civil action against me then they can do so?if not, they can bite my ankle.

Inves. Hollinger called me 0n 2-22-2011 to advise me that I owed some loan and that charges for Fraud can be brought against me I advised Mr.Hollinger that i will have to contact him tomorrow and he stated ok then I contacted my Attorney as well as the Sheriff's dept. A record of incident has been reported.

I rec;d the same call from this Investagtor Hollinger # 404-228-6402 Stating that I owed some pay day loan for $800.. and he was willing to take off the intererset rates of course..  He also mentioned my previous address when I said that I didn't live there he said that is why I never rec'd the letter ,I have recently filed for Bancurpty and that I owe nothing I asked him to contact my attorney he said that my attorney could not help me at this point. He said that I also can be brought up on charges if I fail to payoff that out standing dept.. when I also tracked his # down The same Tinisha Benjamin w/ the same address camw up.. Pls do not give out any of your information to anyone..

I have received several harassing phone calls from "Chief Investigator Bolton" for a loan that is dated 2005.  I have paid this loan back in full and have all documentation proving it EXCEPT my paid in full letter from the debt collection agency i paid the money to.  Only because i cannot get in touch with them - they either do not answer the phone or do not return my messages.  I have since disputed it with the credit bureaus, as the creditor still has not bothered to report it to my credit report that i have done my duty and repaid my debts.  This lady has threatened me, harrassed me, and falsely accused me of fraud and furthermore will NOT accept any proof from me stating that i have paid the debt in full.  

I work for a huge litigation firm in Dallas, Texas and will be taking further action against this bogus woman and her "law firm" as well as the reporting agency and company that "filed the charges against" me.  I will also take all necessary action to be heard in the state of Georgia where this place of "business" is located.  I wonder how this woman sleeps at night.  and to the idiot posting above, what do you have to say now?  i've taken responsibility for my actions and paid my honest hard earned money back!
