My caller ID said: Baldwin Capitol.  Since they left no message, I ignored the call. If they continue to call, I'll block this number.

They called at 4:54am and no one was on the line when my husband answered the phone!

This number came up. No message left, ID reads "Baldwin Capitol."

Usual junk, probably a scam call. My number is so 'infected,' non stop constant spam calls..I'm going to have to change the number. Maybe that will help..for a while at least.

This same number called me - apparently they are well known for ripoffs!  THe called ID on my Phone says: Baldwin Capital, so I looked them up.  The address on Ripoff Report is the same, but the phone number is different.  Guess they changed it since the report (2010). Have a look:

Just called. They hung up before I could ignore call. These calls are usually spoofed numbers and calling from countries that do not recognize the US DNC law. They don't care. The DNC registry is antiquated.

Called on Sunday 07/21/2013 at 3:08 pm, didn't recognize the number or name except from calls from before. These idiots are anal retentive and likely can only play with there ....... "phones".

This is a scam type call even if it is from Prudential (didn't have a name on my caller ID).  I also had a single ring and hang up before from the same number.  Panasonic phone does a better job of blocking than the so called government "Do Not Call List", so far I have 17 numbers blocked and some are trying to go around it by using a different number which I also block.  Maybe the "Do Not Call List" is actually turned over to the telemarketers.

You know it's a scam when they misspell their Caller ID, it should be "CAPITAL" when referring to a financial institution or financial matters. Spelling Capital with an "o" (Capitol) refers to a city which is the head of government, like our nation's Capitol, Wahington, D.C.

Received robo-call from this number today.  Said it was Diabetic Life Insurance same as previous note. Just hung up on them.  Caller ID says Baldwin Capitol. (No hyphen & Capitol not Capital)

Don't know about insurance, but I too received a call from this stupid phone number 404-254-2510. The caller ID shows Baldwin Capitol. As with ALL numbers we don't recognize, we don't answer. It rang 3 times, then stopped. No message. I looked up the number and it said something about the gun ban that's going on. The other thing that piss me off even though I don't answer, is having to listen to 3 rings. I have a very sick wife, and she don't need the extra noise.

Just got a call. Caller ID says Baldwin Capital...did research says this man is from Atlanta and rip-off reports says scammer, con artist and a few other thing. Number will be block/not answer. Like one poster says if you don't recognize the name/number let the voicemail/answering machine get the call.

I just got a call from this number, I let it go to voicemail but they left no message as usual. The caller ID said Prudential, I don't have any accounts with Prudential and I highly doubt they are the ones calling. I'm sure it's a robo call or something.

Okay, I'm going to say this again..... If you do not know who is calling you, do NOT answer the phone!!  Would you let someone in your front door if you don't know them?  NO!! Would you drive around with your car doors unlocked and tell strangers to hop in? NO!! You got caller ID for a reason, so take advantage of it. Let it do the work it's designed to do.  If it's a valid caller, they'll leave you a message. Do NOT expect to be able to push buttons and have your number removed from them calling you back, all you will do is let them know they got a "live" number, same as if you open or reply to spam in your email, it tells them it's a valid address. If we keep ignoring them, eventually they will go away. And if they keep calling you, KEEP IGNORING THEM!! Btw, my caller ID said they were "Baldwin Capitol". Whatever.

I've gotten 5 calls from this Scammer.  They are FROM Prudential, GA.  They want to sell you life insurance for diabetics..  I wish they would irritate a genuine Terrorist as much as they do me.

The cops of the Gov't are never around when you need them.  

And... you can bet it is not LOW COST or any kind of credible Insurance.   My Brother In-Law died with 7 Insurance policies.... only 2 of which paid anything!    

But.... Life Insurance gives big bucks to both political parties.... so nothing happens.

I received a robo-call from this number trying to sell me diabetic life insurance. I am not diabetic.

I don't care what company it is or how great some idiots claim them to be. Telemarketing scum, in violation of the do not call list. Who does business with people like this? Not me.

Rang three times, answered and caller hung up.  Says unknown name at this number.

I recieved an unwanted call from this robo caller. I wouldlike to be removed forever from robo callers.
