I just received a call from this number (at 10:06PM, which is illegal!). No message was left. I have received numerous calls from idiots like this! A couple of years ago, I made the terrible choice of an online "payday loan". I have bank statements showing where I paid them back COMPLETELY! These people (and several other different companies) call me repeatedly threatening me. I always ask for proof of debt & proof that they are "allowed to collect". They will tell you they can email you, but they will never mail you anything. They are bottom feeders that buy "junk" debt & try to get anything they can out of you! To make a long story short, IT'S A SCAM!

They called my best friend giving my name and said they were going to suing me for writing bad checks , When and where did I write a check ....show me where i signed at........Its just another scam and when I called the number back it was some investigator ...... 404-381-8905

Just another scam. They say my son wrote a bad check and used me as a reference. They said that they were going to supoena me and that it would affect my credit rating. My son is disabled and gave their information to his Payee. They call me repeatedly for something I am not involved in. This is harrassment.

received a message that court papers where being served for me for writing bad checks. The court were the case was "suppose" to be was in a county I have never lived, visited or purchased anything of any kind. Just another scam in my opinion. The number was 404-381-8905
