My mother-in-law just received a phone call from "Isaac" wanting to get my wife and my information because apparently we have debt that im unaware of, and thank god she didnt give this guy any information just passed his name and number on to my wife... Who the heck is this guy and how did he get my mother-in-laws cell phone number?

Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.

Isaac Veeris just called me from that #. Said the exact thing about the law requiring him blah blah... I haven't owed anything since '08. I don't have credit cards, cable, loans, nuthin'! Must be some kinda scam.

This number keeps calling but refuses to leave any message.

A man called said he was from the National Credit System and that the law required he notify me about the debt being collected.  This message was left on my voice mail.  the called ID said NCS.  When I called back he asked me for information and I only gave my last name as I was leary of the call since I have no past due debt.  He asked me to hold when I called back.  After holding for about a minute or two, I hung up because apparently it was not an urgent matter on his part and I had other things to do.

a guy by the name Issac Veeris called from the National Credit Systems about collecting a debt. Said he had a very important business matter to discuss and also said the law required that they notify me about collecting a debt. The call was received from the above number but indicated to call the following 1-800 number 5137028

Credit company looking for the same woman, They said they took the number off their list but I still get calls. Dennis was the person whom I spoke with, he wouldn't tell me the company he worked for than hung up. I called back and he was extremely rude.
