I just got a call from them and there was nobody on the line.

I work here. We are a call center in Atlanta GA. We recently were on a campaign from Coach reminding customers of a sale for 25% off at their local coach store. Some of the people we call got their invitaions already. Others have not. It comes in a 5x7 envelope with an orange coach logo. Anyway, we take inbound calls for several clients. COach periodically does outbound. We take their after hours inbound calls as well.

Just got a call from this number....a blank message was left with only some background noise and unidentifiable music...

I just got a call form that #. It is the admissions department from Bauder College.

Donnelly communications is a call center that represtents Coach. These calls are legit, I know, I used to work there and make them. Coach is one of the few companys that they call outbound for. All other calls are an inbound source, i.e. placing orders for Coach.

i work for the company that called you. Our primary function is to serve as overflow inbound call center for 30-40 companies. ANyway, we hire temps to do the coach outboubd campaign. So whoever said help me was probably all confused on the phone the first day or something. There are mute buttons on the phone that they probably thought they pressed. SORRY on behalf of our company!

I think it's legit, I just got the invitation in the mail today and the dates match up.

i got a call from them, they hung up after a few rings, before i could get to the phone. the message said they were from the Coach store. but when i called back it was Donnelly Communications. Donnelly is probably the company that does their promotional phone calls, that might be why someone with a thick southern accent was making a call for san diego,california.

I just got this call but didn't answer. 2:11pm PST 11/7/07. I'll wait till they leave a message. What happens if we pick up? do they get our info or something?

I got a phone call 7th Oct,2007 from 404 443-2800 this afternoon, but I dint' pick it up. If they are telemarketing,they should leave a message.
I'm ok with that, they're trying to do their job.

Missed a call on my cell phone from this company, no message left.

I just recieved a message from this number @ 5:09pm.  Here's the msg in it's entirety:
hi, this msg is for (my full name), my name is Sheryl and I am calling on behalf of the Coach store at(insert location) you are invited to a private shopping event and you can save 25% on your entire Coach purchase.
This exclusive event is taking place in our full price stores from Sat, Nov 10 - Sun, Nov 18. Your nearest participating Coach store is (location).  If you go online to Coach.com you can preview what you can purchase with the invitation. If you decide to attend please bring along the invitation.  Thank you and have a great day.

Kind of strange because this person is calling on behalf of the Coach store in New York with a southern accent.  I don't know but it doesn't sound too legit.

Said he was from Coach and they have a sale going on.  I hung up on him.

I think it's a scam. There's no Macy's in the mall they claimed the sale was going on!!! 404-443-2800

I received the same call earlier today.  I thought it was strange someone from Georgia would be calling me.

I got a call on my cell # from 4404-443-2800. First few seconds was very bad reception, then someone in a low voice moaning help me, help me.  It put a little fear in me, as I imagined a friend or family member in dire straits.  But know no one at that area code.  Glad I was able to Google it.  It is my belief that they wanted me to try and call them back.

Got a call from 404-443-2800, they asked for me by name.  I plead bad reception and called back.  Got Donnelly Communications, pressed "0" (zero) and immediately got a representative.  She said they represent Coach (I am on the preferred customer mailing list) and gave me the phone number of my "Local Participating Store" for this weekend's event and 25% coupon purchase sale.  I called the number and this was confirmed.  

This company is outsourced by Coach and contacts customers on their behalf.  Didn't seem like a scam.

I got a call from this number. The message said there's a sale at the Coach store. I also got a flier in the mail about this same sale.

Just got a call at 3:28pmEST.  Did not answer.

Just got a call from this number. It seems that the person had a really bad reception, and he/she hung up.

Just got a call from "Natalie" who said she was from the Coach store in our mall.  She was mumbling & didn't sound professional, which their store personnel usually are.  When I asked her to tell me exactly why she was calling, she hung up.  I called the Coach store & they said they had no Natalie working there.  The number is registered to Donnelly Communications.  I assume it's some kind of scam.

Same thing here. I got a call from this number and they left a message about a special customer sale event for Coach. I already receieved the card offer in the mail so I assume this is legit lol.

Just got a call on my cell phone from the same # at 5:24pm EST 9/13/07.  No message was left.  I googled number and Donnelly Communications came up.  Went to the site & nothing about Coach.
