If you wouldn't put your phone number as the same company that is trying to scam people. Maybe someone would believe you.

Just received a voicemail from this number a few minutes ago from a foreign sounding guy claiming to be "Andy" with some loan.net company (and this guy could barely speak English so I couldn't make out what the company name was.  It sounded like he was saying Transame loans or some such)  He's claiming I've been approved for a loan up to $5000 but they need to verify information.

Sorry - I haven't applied for any loans online in a long time now so I suspect they got hold of old information and are passing it around these shady sounding companies.

That number has been blocked on my iPhone now - love the Block This Caller feature on my 4s. ;=)

I think that's pretty much all we can do on these companies - block the numbers and report to the FTC as suspicious.

i am seriously worried about you guys that why you have not received the money because i received the 3000$ loan to my account as they promised to me.
Yes they are asking the upfront fees from us and yes i paid that to them because i trusted them and i was worried too...i was in need of money so i trusted them once but they proved themself and they transferred the loan to my account....guys there must be mistaken or misunderstanding between them and you all try to call them once and see....Anyways thanx advanced america usa to help me and my family....:-0

This same phone number has been calling me and not only have they been trying to get information from me such as my social but when I ask to speak to a manager or the owner so I can be taken off the call list they "transfer" me to someone who sounds the exact same as the person before. They also harass me saying they "love me" while I'm talking. They told me there is no way I can be taken off the call list and I know that is untrue. Who exactly can I report these harassing Indians to? Please help.

Total fraud.  They're a group of Indian scammers stealing people's information from payday loan sites.

All their products are fake and the loan is fake.  They take your money and never deposit anything.
