Weird phone call wanting to verify my SS# said I had a card with them did not.

These people are garnishing  my wages they  didn't  even notify me . WTF  on  a debt  i had.

Yes I received a call from the company the name is Tristate-Financial...I spoke with the company that the loan had been received through and they had transferred the file to this office...the employees here are very generous and they are definitely will to work with you. i checked them on the secretary of state website for georgia and they indeed are for real.

Rep Sandy caleed alligations against my SS# and checking account. left a case number and to call her immediately

Just got a call from "Sandy" here saying there was an open case in my county and I should contact her immediately.  Sounds like the usual BS calls a lot of people have got where you're threatened with legal action.  

Didn't leave a company name just said to call back to so she could take a statement.

Don't believe these scammers!
