And maybe you should mind your own business.  Accusing someone of not paying their bills as if these scammers are in the wrong. You must work for them. They are big time scammers and I don't know you. So, you know what they say about assuming.

I GOT A CALL FROM THE SAME PERSON SHE SAOD THAT I NEEDED TP PAY 400 AND IF I DIDN'T. MY BOND WOULD. BE 6000 DOLLARS WITH ATTORNEY FEES INCLUDED I ASKED HERE TO SEND ME PROOF OF THIS MATTER AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WILL NOT BECAUSE SHE IS A COURT MEDIATORS AND NOT A COLLECTION. AGENCY BUT WHY WOULD SHE BE ASKING ME FOR MONEY? SHE SAID THAT I COMMITTED. CHECK FRAUD BECAUSE I GOT A PAYDAY LOAN THROUGH SMC GROUP USING MY OLD BABK OF AMERICA. ACCOUNT BACK IN 2010 I TOLD HER THAT I HAD NO SUCH LOAN AND THAT I WILL BE CONTACTING BANK OF AMERICA TO SEE IF SMC GROUP ACTUALLY TRIED TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS FROM THE ACCOUNT. SAD SAD PEOPLE OLIVIA MARTIN IF THAT IS YOUR REAL NAME I TOLD HER I WOULD NOT PAY ANYTHING.   UNTIL. I WAS SHOWED PROOF OF THOS MATTER IN WRITING

They are not legitimate or they woudl tell you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and they would be willing to send you proof of the debt in writing. They just leave a message saying they need to talk with you or your attorney and leave you with a case number. Bogus caller

These are all scams... They try to scare you on everything from unpaid loans, fradulent charges, passing bad checks etc etc etc etc... just ignore any # you don't recognize and keep it moving. As someone earlier said, these are worthless members of society who are too lazy to get a job like everyone else.

These calls are scams. They told me I had a worthless check with EZ corp a payday loan place and the fees where like 2500.00 + this and that. They want to scare you to make a quick payment without thinking and some are really good. One company even sent garnishment paper to my work place and they looked almost real. First of all before anybody garnishes your wages they need a court order which you would know about. They also act like this is a felony and that your going to jail if you don't pay quick. Even if you did comit a felony you can't pay to get out of it. That is just now how it works. This would be a civil matter anyway and you don't go to jail for that and if you have a real felony trust me they would not be calling you on the phone. Dont give these people any info about yourself. The lady that called me called herself Olivia Martin.  Good Luck and stand up to these people but be prepared they don't give up easy. Some have even called my family members and tried to scare them.

they told me i owe 850 and said my bond would be 6000 to cover costs

They called said I owed a payday loan which I do not, told me it would be $3800.00 or I could settle today and pay $505.00.  They told me they were going to garnish my wages and I was going to be arrested if I didn't pay. I contacted the Attorney General's office and they said this is a scam.

Oh right...um lemme go s*** some money, be right back! :-D

Ma'am first of all I don't know you and you don't know me. I know that I have been contacted and my wages have been garnished because of my ignorance and not handling my business. I have never talked to an Indian dude there. Maybe you should learn to pay for your debt instead of  running like I did before your wages begin to be garnished. Theft by deception and or conversion is no laughing matter. I hope you realize that soon.

Yes I received a call from the company the name is Tristate-Financial...I spoke with the company that the loan had been received through and they had transferred the file to this office...the employees here are very generous and they are definitely will to work with you. i checked them on the secretary of state website for georgia and they indeed are for real.
