Just got a call from this ph# 919-281-8200 at 11:05am EDT, Sat 05 Nov. Caller Id says North Carolina. No message. Certainly won't answer after reading the posts. Still not sure from which source the call comes, but sounds like whoever it is, it is an annoying nuisance call.

WALSTON AND ASSOCIATES, one named tom and one named kristina, at 919-281-8200 called us looking for another ETHNIC trash deadbeat LOSER who illegally gave them our number. THIS LOSER IS some idiot named VERNON LECTOR PEGUES. A DEADBEAT LOSER. these people are obviously  involved in gang banger harrassement. we turn them over to our attorney for prosecution on both sides. don't fall for this gang related HARRASSMENT trash stunt. they are ignorant racist pigs playing games to disturb and upset people.

Just got a phone call from this number, as soon as I picked up, I heard a ringback tone for about 20 seconds until someone picked up and asked for Sasha Smith. Told them they had the wrong number, and they hung up.

Calling for Allen Cable.........husband's son.  He does not live with us.  I only know that this is a collection call from Duke Power because I researched the number.

We have received several messages from this number all concerning collection of a debt.   The last name they give is the same as ours, but the first name is always different

Recd Aug 18, 11 call. They are looking for Wesley Vass and sounds as if he may owe them something!

Just received a 3rd call on my cell phone and asked who/what they wanted. She wanted my 85 yr old mother about a private matter, says she'd send out the POA papers, then hung up. Says my number was given to her for JL Lewis and associates and she couldn't discuss anything else. Bad news!!!

No idea who they are. I'm with madashell...I never answer a call that is not on my contact list. They left no message. I put them on my contact list as "X" and NO RING. That way I don't even have to look at the phone if they try calling again.

Wife and I both received calls from this number on our cell phones! Have no idea who they are as no message is ever left and, of course, we don't answer. We never answer cell or land line calls if we don't recognize the caller or the number. Anybody know who this is?

Just got a call from that number and I hear music and then they hang up I called back and didnt ansewr  WHAT DO THEY WANT?

Just got a call from this. They left a voicemail stating it was a debt collector for Duke Power for my brother.  Which seems true to me...as he owes them from an old residence.

Received a call from this number 2 times with 2 messages saying the same thing in reference to a person who does not live at this residence stating they were a lawyer and were attempting to collect a debt and this was a notice for a summons to officially serve the person in question and for the person in question to consider themselves served.  Well......first of all, any intelligent lawyer knows that you have to officially serve a summons in the hands of the person in question.  Second of all if you really know where this person is, why do you keep bothering me when this person does not live at his residence.  OBVIOUSLY, if you have the correct information for this person you would have used it by now and you would have stopped HARRASSING me!!!  NOW.....to whoever is doing this, please consider this as your official notice that YOU have been served notice of harrassment in regards to my phone number and this documentation serves as witness to that fact!  SO....... the next time you think about calling my number again, just know it will be documneted on this site.  OH.......by the way, if you try to call me on another number in reference to this person, I will also document that !!!  This is out and out harrassment when I continuously tell you this person does not live here!  OH...just to let you know I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST so watch out buddy!

I keep getting calls from this number but no message is ever left.  If they are a collection agency (as mentioned above), then aren't they being intentionally deceptive by having "PCS Med Emporia" show on the caller ID?  I thought it was some medical group.  My understanding of the Fair Debt and Collection Act is that deception is a violation of their regulations.

Received four calls from 919-281-8200 on my answering machine in a matter of twenty minutes. Nobody ever said a single word but, there was the distinct sound of children's toys in the background. They were probably hoping that I would call them back to see what was going on, and then they could put the 'pay us now or else' pressure on! Well, thanks to Caller Id, and the Internet, I didn't fall for that!
Collection agencies are getting more devious every damned day. I also got a couple of calls on my answering machine from a man who said my number kept coming up on his Caller Id, and he wanted to know why I was calling him.. Only thing is.. I was not at home to call him at the time he specified.. When I checked the Internet for his number, I got the same sketchy information as with this number..
I hope ALL collection agencies and lawyers starve to death.. SOON.
