This company calls night and day says I have a court date coming up and give me a phony case no.  They also call my daughter in law in another state and they told her that I was involved in a crime and I am a person of interest.  She was very upset and scared.

Contact the FBI also since they're commiting fraud across state lines.

I have received numeruos calls saying I owe money. They said it was a $400 advance loan that has grown to $960...They even called my neighbor regarding this matter along with my sister in SC.Not sure how they obtained thier phone numbers. I called them to complain and have asked many times to send me proof. They said thay sent me letter in August. But I do not recall ever getting anything in the mail . I have been called many times by so called other collection companies on this same debt with multiple harrasing messages. I am a reasonable person and if I owe the debt I said I would work out a payment plan. However the more I read about this company the more I feel that they are not legitimate. I am going to call the FTC and a Lawyer today...

I received a phone calling in reference to my mother, saying there has been a complaint filed against her in the county that she lives and mine name and # along with my sister's information was down as a contact. I asked what the complaint was in reference too and she said that is all she can say and that I have to have my mother call them back immediately.
It seemed really odd since my dad works for the county and would know if someone made a claim against his wife!

They have called me on my work number for the past two days claiming that someone had filed a complaint on me. They wanted my social and I said absolutely not. They couldn't find my name and thn told me to try and pick up the next time I saw the number.

I got a call from a MR Davis from mauconduit & luna.  He said I had a payday loan from aug 2010.  I did not and he said i had to pay him 740 today or the police were on their way to get me.  I called my police dept and they said NO they were not.  They also told me I had a felony charge against me.  Called my 80yr father in another state and told him I daughter was going to jail unless he had me call them.  So I did and this company is a scam.  they have 10+ phone numbers.  I checked all of them and they are all from different phone carriers and some skye lines.  Also I called the business licence dept of atlanta and they do not have a business license or do not have a licence for debt collecting.  If you have any information on this company, please report it to this link.

I am trying to get the Secret Service/FBI and Attorney Generals offices in multiple states involved in this so no one else has to be harrased.  DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!!!.  THEY ARE ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH BAHAMA MARKETING GROUP AKA BMG.  PLEASE HELP US GET FRAUD PUT WHERE FRAUD NEEDS TO BE PUT!

they called and said that they are law office, but when i look them up nothing shows up, they told me it was for a pay day loan that i had paid off 8 years ago.
