Anyone have a local number for this company?  cannot call the 1-800 from canada

I just notice a deduction of $14 in my credit card statement and tried to call that number it direct me to call a tool short number to charge me even more i can not catch those thieves and i do not know how those left like this to scam people in Canada
I will go with this matter to a higher level
It is not the amount it is the concept of scamming people we should do something not only get this s*** amount of money back

Same here.  Got charged on my VISA and I have no idea where that comes from. Also I live in Canada, the reservations does not apply.  SCAMMMM

The same exact thing happened to me!!! I just called today and spoke with someone. He also told me that the last 4 charges will be refunded. I just received the form I'm supposed to fill out to receive the full refund for the past 5 years!

They've been charging me 12$ a month for last five years. I spoke with someone who old me they would refund last 4 payments over phone and then send an affidavit for the remaining amount (600+$). Will wait to see. If they refund the $48 dollars before I send in the affidavit. I hate to provide more info to this company that has already charged me for services I did not authorize. Feel stupid by knowingly supplying them with more of my personal info.

Has anyone else actually received the money that was taken? Or is this part two of their scheme??

Oh and btw. They said I signed up through FTD FLOWERS website.

i have the same problem i was living in USA i left money in my account and one day bank of american send me and email that said that i have to make a deposite in me account becuase i have no money ... In that moment was when i realized that they took money from for my account for almost 3 years so called them they refund 3 months but know i going back to USA and i would like some information how can i ask for my money i'll apreciatte is you can help me with this, thanks so much

I dont think this is legal! Its illegal. We want our money back! We are going to the bank, to get our money back. All we want-and i think everyone who wrote here- is to get our money back. We printed the whole page out. Either the bank or the police will take care of things.

I don't even know what this is or how they started charging my account.  But it was not authorized.

wow, i realized after 5 months that i was being charged. first, i saw the charge and thought "phew, caught it just 4 days after it happened!" then just in case, i checked back and saw i was charged in august. then again in july, then again in june, and then in may. well, i called visa and they told me to phone them and ask for a refund, and they suggested that i send an official email asking for a refund and cancelling my subscription, just in case there is a dispute.

This is a scam. I have been billed for 10 dollars a month for 5 years. Just by accident my husband asked me if I knew what those 10 dollars were that I got billed for every month opened my eyes- we went back in bills and saw that they had been billing me for 500 dollars all in all. I want all my money back - even if I have to get a lawyer for this. They claim I ordered something on a website- I never did- but maybe they got my creditcardinfo from another wendor or website. I am wondering. Please be very careful and look at all your bills on your creditcard. Benedikte Scheiby

The company called RESERVATIONREWARDS 800-732-7031 CT I just found out has been scamming  me every month for 10 dollars a month for 5 years. I am furious- I called my creditcard company and blocked them for access to my card and I am also going to sue them if they do not refund me the money.

Just call the number, they will reimburse it. It is ridiculous though! I was charged after ordering movie tickets from fandago. They guy I spoke with kept going through some spiel about how they try and make it as clear as possible what the "membership" entails. Who clicks on something that says "save $10" when they in the end get charged $12?  At least they pay you back! I'll be checking my statements to be sure!

If you ordered from Collections, Etc.....they automatically took you into their scam "Reservation rewards" and charged $12 to your bank account.  I called them and they said they would re-credit my bank account.  THey said I authorized it (I didn't) on my last order from Collections Etc.  I also wrote them an email and got a confirmation that they would cancel my "membership".  I intend to send a nasty email to Collections, Etc. and never order from them again!

This is such a scam! I ordered pizza 7 months ago and just realized the $12 charges on my card.  I called to cancel my "membership" and although the woman, Monique, was polite - she told me I could only get 6 months refunded and would have to complete and submit an affidavit for the last $12 charge.  This is outrageous.  Although it isn't a lot of money, this is completely dishonest and wrong.  Letters will be sent to anyone that can read regarding this matter.  This should be illegal.

Yup... believe it or not I've been paying this crap for a year and a half. I just noticed today. whenever I look at my balance, the 12$ is always pending. next time I check it is not there. Now today I went through my balances and MC reservation reward has been charging me for a whole year and a half. Now I e-mail them and ask if I could get a certain refund back and cancel my membership. This is just bulls***. I know this is naive and stupid, but you guys think if there's any chances that they will refund everything they took from me?

When I purchased prints using Shutterfly, they got me!  BEWARE! This type of scam should be illegal.

Just noticed this same $12 charge everyone else has been talking about.  It took me a while to figure out when I had clicked on that stupid "Get $10 off your next purchase" link.  I believe it was from an order on shutterfly.com

I'll have to call 800-732-7031 and "cancel" and ask for a refund.  Has anyone received a refund as of yet?

I did not sign up for the shoppers reservation rewards.  If I did it was by mistake.  I e-mailed collections,etc and told them to take it off my account and that i do not want it.  My account shows again this month that $l2.00 was again charged against my account.  This is very disappointing about your company.  Please take care of this or I will have to go further.

I ordered some Xmas presents from FTD.com and got taken by these people. I called the number and canceled and they said the money should be returned.

They called and called and called our house and were very rude at times wanting to talk to my 16 year old daughter who had a debit card! I refused to speak to them, told them she didnt have a CREDIT card and now they're charging her card for this Reservation CRAP.  I'm pretty angy about now and think I need to file legal if they do not refund ALL the money they've taken from her account.

I called the number on my daughter's bank statement and hit ZERO,(thank you for those who suggested that) and immediately i had someone on the phone.  He was very polite, but I was not.  They  have charged my daughters card for 14 months now and of course, she's not going to notice that!  I demanded the full refund of $168, but he only ignored that comment and said she'd receive 6 months refund.  It's not the money.  It's the whole principle of the matter! They said she ordered tickets from Fandango.  Big Deal!  I'm sure, being 16, she didnt say "Hey, I want some Reservation Rewards!"  What a bunch of thieves!

Jesus Christ, this is the most fabulous gift I got in this holiday season. I'm in Canada, I just found I've been charged for 12 dollars per months from one of my visa card for the last 4 months.  I called my credit card bank, and they said I have to call this 800 number to cancel 'my membership' first.  Now, after read you guys' experiences, I know what's going on.   The number said their company was closed by the bad weather reason. so I can only wait to call them tomrrow.   Thanks all you guys. But I think we have to do something to stop these thives to steal from others anymore.
