KEEPS CALLING SAYING THEY ARE THE CIL, CREDIT LITIGATIONS, SAYING I OWE MONEY AND THEY HAVE MY BANK INFORMATION AND SAYING I AM GONNA BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD, THEFT AND VIOLATION OF SOMETHING, MY BANK ACCOUNT WASN'T EVEN OPEN WHEN THEY ARE SAYING THIS HAPPENED! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU APPLY FOR ON THE INTERNET. THEY CALLED MY JOB DOZENS OF TIMES, MY MOM AND MY CELL OVER AND OVER. SOMETHING TO THE TUNE OF $8000.00. CRAZY.

Someone from 704-200-9960 and 052797796 keep calling our office saying, "Who are you".  You are in legal trouble, please give us your information. They never have any information about us and they never tell us who they are! They just called us 13 times in 10 minutes!!!!!  It's nuts.  They should have someone look into these people. They are harrassing us.

Called our home looking for our daughter but threatened us (her parents) if we did not forward the info.  Yes he had a VERY thick Indian accent and wouldn't answer any of my questions.  Told us we were references in a fraudulent transaction but wouldn't give me any info.  He kept yelling and would keep calling leaving nasty and long messages.  This person called our daughter at her job over a year ago and stopped when she told him she was gonna call the cops.  We don't know how he gets the phone numbers and names BUT HANG UP ON HIM AND TELL HIM YOU'RE CALLING THE COPS ON ANOTHER PHONE OR THE US DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

this person has also called me. Had my work phone but asked for my using my maiden name. Never did call home phone like he didn't have that phone number. Stated I owed money, was very nasty and threatening, did have a think Indian accent and used a different name every time; even used Samuel L. Jackson as an alias. Now has my cell phone number and has even gotten the phone number for one of my longtime friends in Jersey and left her a threatening message. Where is he getting this information from?  I just got three calls on my cell phone back to back. I tried to call back and it said it was an international call.

An man with a thick indian accent that could not pronounce my name left multiple messages saying to call him back about a "matter of grave importance." Used different names and call back numbers and one of the numbers he gave was only 9 numbers long.

Claimed he was trying to reach my friend about a matter because he left me as a reference. Then started to say i was in a legal matter and could be facing large legal ramifications.

When i called back he was very threatening and wouldnt answer any questions i asked of him just told me i needed to have my friend call him back in one minute or else.

Overall pretty shady.

this weird guy that has thick Indian accent called & left msg at work to threaten me with a lawsuit claiming that I owe a "pay-day loan"of $350 that if i don't settle out of court will add up to $600. when he was verifying my info, he had the wrong last 4 digits of my SSN and address but still was insisting that I have to settle. when i was getting more info about the loan, he just hang up on me.

THREATENED ME THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED SAID I OWED MONEY, HAD MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER, CALLED ME AT WORK 15 TIMES PLUS MY CELL PHONE, THEN CALLED MY MOTHER!!! HAD TO GET MY CHECKING ACCOUNT CHANGED AND READY TO GET NUMBER CHANGED!!!

Threatened me with jail time.
