Received a call from National Express, saying that need to served some court papers. They have attempted to served me at work#.. However, they couldn't do it. It is illegal!! At ny home # they said no answer. This is fraud. I should be contacting 404-220-8988. Please stop them.

I got the same exact phone call from a restricted number, from a "courier" wanting to give me court papers to appear in court. I obviously was very stressed out, he told me to contact the "ACP group" and gave me the phone number 404-445-3929. Which doesn't exist...I was never served papers, and looked up if I have any court orders by calling the LA court system, and nothing exists. It seems like this is fraud. I filed a police report and have alerts with all credit unions.

I recieved the same exact call amd the lady wvwn tried to impersonate herself as a state employee. This is fraud itself and needs tk be stopped. She kspt telling me papers were to be delivered at my home and job and told me to call 404-220-8988 they can suck a**

I got the same call. The runaround from a woman saying she was coming between 10 and 2. Then a call that she came to the address on my street. She said the street name but not house number. Then she said she was going to the post office to verify my address. I called the post office. and surprise they don't give out that information. alll the calls have been unknown until today. I guess he forgot to *67 his call the name on the caller ID is EDDY SNELL 404-549-5957. I just thought you might all like his name so you can call him and talk his ear off on the recording that answers.LOL. Just remember to *67 when you call. Her calls always say contact the firm. But there is no firm just a random idiot trying to collect illegally.

I've been waiting for them to come and deliver the papers but surprise, no one has show up.

Got a call from Unknown last week. Lady said she was calling from United Courier to notify me of court summons that she would be serving me the next day. She said her courier company just delivers civil summons process papers but she could give me a 24hr hold while I call the client number on the case file - ACP Group LLC at 404.549.5957.

I call ACP Group, and the guy who answered the call acted 'surprised' asking how I got their phone number. I said oh, their 'courier' gave it to me to find out what the case was about. He said he would peek into the lawyers files to find out and put me on 'hold' for a couple of minutes. He came back and said it was regarding a payday loan with CashnNetUSA and their law firm had boiught the debt and were pressing some serious charges against me. Right after he mentioned CashNetUSA, I knew it was fraudulent because I had contacted CashNetUSA before regarding a debt scam case to verify that no loans in my name had been taken out with them. He persisted that I did owe the debt, I disagreed and ended the call.

Fast forward 2 days later, miss United Courier calls me again from Unkonwn number and leaves a message. She says the 24hr hold is over and she will be coming over the following day between 11am and 1pm to serve papers. She then says I should have mu state issued ID on hand when she arrives. However, if I feel there is an error, I should call ACP Group to sort it out before she arrives. I send them an email to provide me with answers to detailed information requested about the alleged loan. No answer yet,

I just received another call from this Jake with National Express Couriers. He wanted to make sure I had gotten his messages. I told him I had and am waiting for him. He the told me he cannot make it today, he needs to change it to tomorrow.

I got a call yesterday that a Jake from National Express Couriers will be serving me a subpoena between the hours of 10 and 2. Also called me work and left the same message. The called the office secretary and repeated this information. Told me if I wanted to stop this action I had to call the 404 number. We'll see what happens but since I got this came call about 6 months ago and nobody showed up I'm guessing it will be the same thing. They gave a docket ID number,n did a search of the online court system ad nothing comes up.

They did that to me one carrier guy left multiple calls about serving me at home durinh a work day from 10 am to 2 . Keep in mind im at work during those times!  Then I get a call from his partner leaving a message that they were coming to my work. I may call my cousin who is an fbi agent in dc to see what my rights are. I asksd them to provide me my debt info and wouldn't give it has been like 3 year s.

HE IS A VERY STUPID MAN. DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO HIM.

These people have been calling threatening to issue court papers if payment isnt made in full. Well i fell for their scare tactic and I paid them 150.00 with my debit card BIG MISTAKE. Do not give these people your information.

I got the same harassing call twice saying I will be served a summons for a lawsuit and then A day later I hear thru other family members that they called some lady not even related to me with the same massage

I got a phone call today saying that it was intended from my mother about being served papers. The phone number came to my phone as "Unknown".

As one person stated earlier, never give them any of your personal information and never confirm that you know the other person. That just lets them know that they are on the right track and they will begin harassing you to pay the debt for them, whether or not you actually know the person.

Yes, people should pay their debts, but the way they go about this is should be criminal. Once had someone similar call asking for a person I didn't know. Once I called them back after the confusing voicemail (Saying I would be served papers at my home or place of work), they wouldn't stop calling me and saying that I was lying and did know this person and needed to pay the debt or else I'd face legal action.

Seriously, never answer or give them information.

We got that call too asking for a woman,  i told them they got the wrong person.  They then called my house phone AND my son's phone.

Same thing happened to me is this for real.

call my daughter cell, say thats i will be served paper (intent) by a un ited courier.

They claim to be a legal office, but it is a bill collector. Don't give them any info with some type of conformation.
