I got the same message with both my name, but it said CU (which is right.) Site looks a lot like a scam and there is no "third page" for the code.

i got the same message, they used my name and am also a uw student i couldn't find anything online about this thing just ones about facebook not an sms with a promo code using my name. im curious whats about it kinda wanna try it idk whats the worse that could happen? any suggestions?

I got the same text message around the same time. I am a "UW" student, not "WU". I didn't check the site - to me it seems more likely a scam, so I didn't take the risk to find out. I searched the Internet for info on iPad testing and found articles about scams and blogs with consensus that Apple doesn't have such a program to test and keep a device. No emails from my school mention the opportunity, so I'm going to ignore it and advise others be wary.
