Both have websites to report these kinds of scammers.
Think about it. If you had a debt or had written a bad check I think you would know about it.
These scammers arent smart enough to figure that out.

Nothing scary about it. They are scammers. They have been calling me for the past few years trying to get me to pay on something that is not real.
They can never send proof and never give their business address or business licesnse number.
They have all your info from either payday loan or filling out a credit card online.
Don't be scared. Just report them to the FTC and FBI.

Mr. Thompson from Office of Delware called me at work. How did he get my work number, and how did he know I worked there? Anyways he said there was a claim filed against me and he had my social security number this was supposly from a bank.

This was called to my cell phone. No company name. "Ms. Thompson" said there was a complaint filed against my bank account and my social security number and to call her back at her direct line, being this number. Scary she implies she has both and she called my cell phone.
