They called my cell phone.  They left a message for a person that I did not know.  They said this is an attempt to collect a debt if you are not blah blah then do not listen to this message.

I'm like WTF, if you're calling my cell phone leaving a message then I'm bloody well going to listen to it.

Robo voice says calling from National Medical Monitoring Center with new lifesaving technology.
