Had been receiving daily calls from 404-719-5221 first identified as "Fidelity National" requesting I call them back with a case # to resolve fraud activity; then after about two weeks suddenly the same number showed a new identity as "Barnett and Biegelman" leaving a recorded voicemail message daily that that there was fraud activity with a bank account and social security # associated with my phone number and it was "imperative" that I call them back to discuss with a "risk assessment" agent to immediately resolve my potential involvement in the fraud.  After about two weeks of daily calls from this number, suddenly the number changed to 404-334-9988 with the exact same recorded message, except now they identified themselves as "Ross Burg Klein and Associates".  After a lenghty and exhaustive search I could find no "Fidelity National", "Barnett and Biegelman" or "Ross Burg Klein and Associates".  All of these calls come from a Sandy Springs Georgia location.  Reported them to the Atlanta FBI office.  I have no debt, never took out a payday loan and both my bank account and social security account are just fine.   Hope the FBI tracks them down.

I had a call from this company telling me I was a thief.  I blocked the number thank God.  A woman kept on calling.  It is a scam.  I am calling the FTC on this number.

They've been trying to scam me too with the exact same pre-recorded message. The only difference is the phone number (they've tried using 404-719-5221 as well).

I just wanted to let you know I reported this to attorney generals office and they informed me to never provide any information to them. I also called the local police and they would not take report they said this is fraud through calls and internet and to call and make complaint with the FBI. Lots of paperwork to do so but did finish it and submit.

This number has called me more then once. I myself have taken out payday loans. However if they can not send you bill in mail don't give them any bank info like they want.  I fell for this three times in 2009 and 2010 because they threatened to put me in jail. I gave info and they were to send confirmation that they received money and paid off. I got email saying Thank you Debbie for your payment. MMH not even my name and they were not calling Debbie. Remember there are multiple numbers scammers use. Lessoned to be learned. Remember that debt collectors sell your information to other companies and ligate companies are to only call once a day and send you out bill. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE SCAMMERS HAVE CALLED MY JOB AND OTHERS THAT MAY KNOW ME. WITH GIVE HER A MESSAGE THAT HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER HAS BEEN MARKED AS FRAUD IF SHE WANTS TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER SHE IS TO CONTACT US AT BLAH BLAH NUMBERS THEY DECIDE TO PROVIDE. CRAZY AS IT IS DONT FALL FOR THE SCAMS

Getting prerecorded  calls at my place of business and home from this number stating "fraud activtiy" associated with this number.  Are they kidding me?  There doesn't seem to be any real company with the name of Barnett and Bagelman.  I'm strongly suspicious that these people are scammers!!!

Threatened my son with getting charges and being "picked up"at work or home.  Then tried to coerce me in to forcing my son to comply.  I told them it was illegal to threaten people in order to make a collection attempt.  He quickly back pedaled and said that he didn't threaten anyone.  Peoples names are "Investigator" Richard Stone and the second guy was Mr. Jackson.  I intend to report them to my local attorney general.

Had this phone number leave a message today and another 1 or 2 days ago. Left a message for someone with the same last name but didn't know my first name. Saying the person had until today to pay money or they would file a warrant for whomever's arrest. (Since it wasn't me I just deleted the message.) Same people called today saying Barnett and Bagelman and fraud with a bank account associated with with this phone number and social security number. How do you associate a Social Security number with a phone number? And since I have no open bank accounts at the moment I don't understand how they think there could be any fraud associated with a bank account in my name and there hasn't been one (bank account) and won't be one in the near future. Too many bills as it is...and living paycheck to paycheck doesn't help.

Received a phone call from Barnett and Bagelman about a payday loan if have not taken out.  Called the company and asked them to provide me with a physical address and website so I could verify their information.  I was transferred to a supervisor who told me the only thing is question was my identity and hung up.  I have also reported them to the federal trade commission.  Hopefully the government will get these b*****ds.

Scammer company trying to scare people into paying them over the phone.  As per the FDCPA they must send all the details of the alleged bill per US Posal mail!!! Do not pay attention to these scammers and do not give them any money!

I received a call from a Richard Stone stating a warrent for my arrest would be put out if I didn't pay$ 710.
I call the number back to see if it was for real and asked for this person and was told that the person stepped out.

I just received a call from these people at work telling me that a bank fraud warrant against me. I asked her who she was because I have in the pass took out a Pay Day Loan. I informed her that the state of NEW YORK past a law about these types of loans and said that these loans were not valid. This law was to wipe out all out of state loans. The company I received the loan from called me and told me about the law. So why is this un-named woman calling me. You can't get honey from a rock. Also I looked up the number it is a cell number from Atlanta, GA. I don't have time for this.

You should never pay something over the phone without getting the debt in writing.  Even if you owe the bill these may have stolen your information from the payday loan.  Now they know they have a live one and they will never leave you alone.

Constant calls threatening to contact police regarding an old bill that is not mine.

They called and I told them I would talk to my attorney first.
The next thing...he hung up on me.

I had a call from this number saying there was an affidavit for fraud for someone with my phone number.  They had my correct last name but not my first;  she seemed insistent that there was someone in my house hold with the entire  name. She even said that I must have a family member committing fraud using my phone number and I should get in touch with them.  

Also,  are not affidavits served and not over the phone?

Like  so many other people I got caught up with getting too many payday loans. So far I have paid off 4 and now owe for  2 more. collection agencies have been calling me for 3 years! whenever  I get them paid off this time , I will  never get another one for as long as I live.

Got a call from   Mr.  Long who was short on good manners!  He said I owed for a payday loan. I told him he was wrong; (but then I checked my records and discovered that I had overlooked this dam thing during a period of my unemployment 3 years ago!) As much as I hate to admit it... at the end of the day, these people were right. I owed  it and I paid it ,....but they sure don't talk very nice when they call. They should be more courteous!!!

I received a call a few hrs ago from (???) could not understand a word the woman said
She advised me that the DA Office has informed them that if I don't pay a online loan today I willbe charged with 3 felony's. When I responded I have never taken an online loan she continued to ask if I wanted to pay the loan to avoid prosecution. When I began asking her what year this loan was taken and who the lender was she said I was abusive and transfrered me to Mr Ronald Franklin. Which her reduced tjhe loan cost to 300.00 and I have to pay today... I did get the name of the lender Ace Express. I told him I would call back
When I called Ace Express Loans they had no idea who I was and I was not in their system

My mom got a call from Heather Lang about having a warrant out for arrest for bank afraid if she did not pay

My aunt got a call 7 hours ago about her being investigated for bank fraud by a person named Heather Lang from this phone number.

A fraud account linked to a bank account and ss# with this phone # contact risk specialist Summer who will work to resolve this matter.

Got a call from a Debra Gibson saying she is with Fidelity National.  The name Fidelity National comes in many different business forms, ie, Insurance, Title companies etc., so of course she did not specify which one.  This phone number is not registered anywhere legal, so it is probably Franklin Processing changing their name and phone number again.   I'm just waiting for them to start harrissing me, they will be in for a rude awakening!!!!  They must think I'm stupid
