Didn't leave a message, just shows up on the caller ID.

just received a call from this number. i have received this call atleast 4 times before. never answered it so far, no messages left.

That 404-736-1003 number called my cell phone today with a prerecorded message indicating I should press the number 1 on my phone to get an immediately lower interest rate on my credit card account.  I tried calling the number but it gave a busy tone and I decided to do an online search and discovered this site.  In addition, I discovered it is land line in GA.  I wanted so badly to tell them where and how to jump off the highest cliff, but it was only a pre-recorded voice message.  They have put me in a hunting mode right now and I will dig them out.

I have gotten so many calls from this number.  They leave a voicemail, but say nothing.  Any ideas?

Calls all the time, sometimes several times a day and never leaves a message.  Seems that I'll get a call from a number, sometimes up to 10x per day, after 8pm for a few weeks then it stops.  A few months later it happens again with a different number.  Nobody ever replies when I do answer.

From reading what people are saying, this is one of many scams going on.  People trying to obtain card information, from innocent people, so they can rack up your card on purchases.  Do what I did, do not answer the call, if you don't know the number.  If the call is important, they will leave a message.

This call is most likely a scam, like many other calls are, these days, to steel your card number and use it to make purchases.  If you have to pay S&H for something you aren't familiar with, or to receive a "gift card", its most likely a scam.  
They rang my phone twice, but I never answer calls I don't know.

I have been receiving calls from this company, usually several times per day.  I wonder if they would just send me the cards and waive any s/h fees for as many minutes they have used on my phone. :p

Just got a call from them (404-736-1003). No message, and they hung up after it barely started ringing.

Called me once per business day for two weeks. I called it back finally after seeing some of the post on here. Blah Blah Blah...walmart gift card, blah blah blah. It prompted me to stay on the line or press 2 to be put on the do not call list. Message said it would take 5 business days, so I guess I could expect 5 more calls and hopefully thats it.

It is not as simple as that. I have done that and they still call.

They continue to call only letting the phone ring twice. No message is ever left.

They offered me a $50 gift card and wanted me to stay on the line to answer a survey just like the other posters.  Thanks to all for the info, sounds like a scam.

I didn't answer the phone. I have this phone for 1 person and only 1 person. If it's NOT him, I decline the call.

If you call the number back the recording gives you an option to press 2 to be placed on the do not call list...
Simple as that!

Number continually calls my cell phone, no message is ever left. SO very annoying! Seems something can be done about calls to CELL phones. It cost minutes and sometimes money when you answer these calls.

Got a call from this number selling wal mart gift cards. Blocked now.
