actually operating from REGUS office space in Decatur GA --These places rent out rooms and are not a full office

FOUND REAL ADDRESS  AND NOT JUST PO BOX THEY GIVE

They are NOT investigators, just collection agency that uses telemarketers and the, but ran and owned by

Kimberlee Duval, a real estate agent with Carrington Real Estate Services

OR CALL UR BANK TO STOP PAYMENT IF YOU DID

I received several calls from 404-835-7207. When I finally answered, they had my soc sec # but with an incorrect last name. She then went on to tell me that I wrote a check in 2010 to a pay day loan place that I haven't even been to. I don't use checks- hardly any one does anymore.
She was saying things like check fraud and that it's going to get worse. I am a little worried so I returned their call twice, both went to voice mail and they have yet to call me back.

Hey tired you have the number listed different. Is it 834 or 835? Cause 404-835-7207 is the one that is  calling me. Investigator Duval. Are we talking about the same number/person? Sehe is threatening to file intent to defraud and a bunch of other stuff.

Had a call from them today asking if I knew a Derek Anderson from Bmore MD I told her no and she asked is this Tiffany xxxxx I said yes she said not sure why he put u as a contact I will remove your number

Received several calls from Investigator Duvall also. Threatening to press charges on check fraud. Have not had a checking account in five years. SCAM!

Received a phone call from Mrs. Duval  (404) 835-7207 saying she is a private investigator trying to collect a debt.

Recieved call hung up

I received the same message and knew it was bogus. A legitimate investigator does not call and warn you that you will be taken to court or charged with "bank fraud" as they say. As tired said, they are nothing but scam artists!

I received a call from 4048347207 a Mrs Duval claiming she is a investigator. Some how I owe money to Cashnet and she is trying to collect from me. I checked this number online and it does not come it has no business attached to it. I know this is a scam.
