I have yet to recieve any riembursement from my bank,and i doubt it will ever happen. even pay-pal seems to be a problem...how do these creeps get away with this ?
somebody needs to shut these people down...soon. in short..my trust in online buying is shot..gone. i have a few trusted sites i have gone through...but not again..not 4 a while. i will stick with good old paper money foe a while,thank u. catch these jerks soon,please..somebody!

Went to and downloaded DriverCure from https://www.drivercure.com/safecart/order/drivercure/registration/index.php. Was charged $4.87 by EZHELP4ALL.com, $39.95 by totalhelpweb.com, and had 2 more charges of $39.73 by EZHELP4ALL.com. When you go to the EZHELP4ALL site it shows that a gangbang pornography site has been subscribed to. I cancelled the membership for this, which I never subscribed to in the first place. The site evidently pirated my credit card information from the drivercure site, which is supposed to be a secure site. My bank is refusing to reverse the charges, so I'm having to do a second appeal to them. What can be done to stop this idiocy? I guess I'm also going to have to find another bank who will not allow this fraudulent behavior to be charged to my account.

In January my credit card was billed for US$39.73 twice plus some smaller amounts from BILLING-AID.COM  I lodged dispute with my credit card bank and was reimbursed. However in February I was billed by EZHELP4ALL again twice for US$39.73 and some smaller amounts.There seems an obvious link between these thieves. I have again lodged a dispute with my bank and was quizzed by a sceptical person from their fraud department implying that I or someone in my family had subscribed to a porn site. I have NEVER subscribed to either of these bogus sites and have no idea how they obtained my card details. I have cancelled the credit card and will await the outcome of my dispute. To say that I am annoyed is an understatement. Catch the criminal.

I got scammed as well - I was looking for a link to download a heavy metal album and signed up for what I thought was a valid internet download service.  Instead I've been receiving porn downloads (all unwanted) for the past week.

It wasn't until yesterday that I was able to ascertain how this happened.  I've reported it to IC3.

a bit more info..they got me for 97.00. i wanted to download a driver,but when i sent my info,it said "about to send over n0n-secere connection" , so i hit cancel...too late ,i guess. i have reported to IC3 and my bank. have not been able to contact 8778483135 by phone..it doent even ring ! i hope the pinheads who did this enjoy themselves on that frakkin porn site,cause if i ever find them, im gonna grab thier little d@%k and snap it off.

I did not get a call from 1-877-848-3135 (yet!).  But, I am experiencing the same problems as the rest of the postee's.  Thought I was paying $4.97 to download a driver from warezaccess.com  Was not until I noticed the charge on my credit card under ezhelp4all.com that I discovered I had been scammed by a porn site.  Now credit card is over limit and I am being charged $39 by my bank.  Card had to be cancelled and reissued and dispute filed with my bank.  This may help...

1.  Go to ezhelp4all.com and cancel your membership on this site (site may not respond but try).  PRINT each page in the process.  This gives you documentation for your bank, credit card company, etc.

2.  Go to customersupporthelp.com and cancel your membership on this site.  Again, be sure to PRINT all pages.

3.  Call your bank / credit card company and file a dispute investigation.

4.  This is VERY important, go to: http://www.ic3.gov and file a report with the FBI Internet Crime Taskforce.

Yep I got scammed from the same source charged my card 5 times for $5 - $1 -$1-$39-$39-$8 unbelievable. The last 3 bounced:0  What a mess, the woman who took the complaint from my bank said there were many others who called the same day regarding this fraud.  I wonder how they got our credit card numbers.

I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PORN WEB SITE AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AND BE REFUNDED BACK TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I DONT KNOW THE NICKNAME ITS IN OR THE SITE THAT WAS SIGNT UP FOR.

None of these sites (except Paypal) answer e-mails or actually answer a phone call to customer service.  I want to see these people get hanged!!!

Another thing that might be the problem is the kids downloading music from this site and signing up for it. Look and see if any of you have a 4.87 dollar charge also that would be on there before the larger charge. They also publizie PayPal I would recommend you contact them even if you dont have a charge. There accounting and security department should be aware of these problems. Especially if you get scammed . THey have checks written to them or deposited in this company accounts. It upset everyone I know but with this going on you might look to see if your children have been downloading off the warezaccess site. Same number same people.

The web site I also did but the trick was it was called warezaccess its a download site for music,movies,downloads for mp3 and programs and the thing is when you sign up for 4.87 it goes to the 39.73 or whatever to the porn website. Both warezaccess and these people have the same phonenumber so thats the scam. Jettis International or the email was jetts.com and stephanie g. was the person. This is a big scam looks like might be ran threw a legitimate sight like warezaccess and you think you are getting a forever plan of downloads for 4.87 luckly my wife looks at her bank account every day and discovered 3 charges more on 2/10 and 2/11 2009 and stopped them/ I looking for a scam line in Canada.

EZYHELP4ALL...what the? $97 taken from my account. Who? What? what can I do? I know what I would like to do....Just bull s*** that we can be taken for idiots, I dont know who did this?

What the hell is this?  I wonder how they got the card info as well.  I've been charged more than 100 bucks so far and I doubt the amount is getting more and more.  Did anyone get their money back?

i dont even know how they got my card info but i keep trying to call the customer service number and get either a recording or it continues to ring until it hangs up this is theft in my opinion and i would like to hear from anyone who has been successful in getting their money back or at least contacting a real person at this company

this number 877-848-3135 belongs to a network of porn websites that charge membership fees. If you did not authorize the charges, cancel your card and request a full refund through your credit card company.
