I just received a call form them a few minutes ago and also onDec.16th on my cell phone. Iregistered my cell phone nimber on Dec.29 witht he National Do Not Call Registry. Guess for these sleeze bags that does no good. Bioth times that tyhey called they just hang up before my voicemail goes on.

You get a prerecorded message "This is WCA....if you have taken anti-depressant drungs and have experiences birth defects, then you can file a lawsuit...."

Have been getting this for months now, maybe every few days or weeks.
I've pressed 3 to be taken off the list, but still receive the calls after many weeks.
I've also reported them to the do not call registry.  But still getting calls.

obviously the intention of the call is a bogus scam because:
Who is WCA?  (if legit, why be so cryptic with only providing three letters to identify yourself?)
If it's legit, how come you cannot find anything online about this company? (they could have provided some sort of way to research them)
Why am I being targeted?  (Never have taken any sort of prescription medications)

Have received some calls from caller id nr of 404-891-5567 caller id shows "Rights Legal WCA". a message is never left, last call was on 12/16. These are unrequested calls. I need them to stop.

This is at least the FIFTH complaint that I have filed against this BRAZEN offender. If your organization has warned them to stop calling me, they are IGNORING YOU and continuing to violate my privacy! I need your assistance to FORCE this offender to STOP CALLING ME please! I listened to the recorded message. Wanted to know if you had children born with birth defects i.e. cleft lip, cleft pallette, that were born before 2006 and the mother took Zoloft or other drugs like that. You may be entitled to compensation. Obviously a law firm that wants to represent you
