The only thing I enjoy the most about dealing with you is how I pretend to accidently call you a collector and how upset you get becaucse you think you are FBI,DEA,ATF,SWAT,SORT,TCBY, and can strip anyone of there freedom over a car that one of your preditor lenders hired you to find. Another recovery agent who IGS/PRA stopped using becuase he was useless.And you always knew where to find me but chose not too , but chose instead to vent your mindless whiney rant on some website..but if you grow some ball then I am still here in Vegas , and if you knew me then you would not be so quick to want to meet me ..I ride my scoot all over this country so let me know when and where ? this goes out to one indivdua 'PRA contracted agent' excuse me No longer contracted agent ! There are alot of good recovery agents out there who understand this job is not easy but takes work. I have been on both sides of this business , skip tracing and recovery for over 20 years and know my job.It's a thin fence we walk sometimes but that goes with the job and I understand that, and love what I do ! When we are hired by the finance company that means the debtor has refused to surrender and is hiding the collateral and this is what we do "locate and recovery the collateral" I have no sympathy for people that think because of some event in their live's that they are not responsible to the lenders . you have a choice , surrender the collateral and move on , DEAL with it ! it does not belong to you until you pay for it. There are laws that protect the consumers , and there are laws that protect the lenders as well ..so if you feel your right's have been violated then get legal help.And by the way , this recovery agent was let go for very good reason's which I will not post. And also to the debtors out there , where do you think this economy would be if it were not for people like us doing our jobs ! as if it were not bad already..I will agree there are bad apples in any business out there and that is just how it is , so meet your financial obligations and you will not have to deal with someone like me ..have a great day all

In the  world of forwarding company's ,PRA/IGS puts relentless pressure on every agent out there. If you don't recover the vehicle because its locked in a garage attached to the home and the debtor refuses to surrender due to special circumstances. PRA/IGS will push this issue until you are arrested or the debtor calls Toyota and complains . PRA/IGS will call the tow company and use there classic line of , oh you don't like our work  maybe we should use somone else just because your not willing to go to jail for them. Jim Snead and Josh Elius where fired when PRA came around please tell me that sack of s*** collector Jack West went too. Jack you better hope we don't meet , because you will be in my world then Mr phone balls.

IGS are definitely very unscrupulous.  They have no regard for anyone.  They use kill tactics.  I paid my vehicle off in under two years.  I had a small financial problem and didn't make full payments, putting me three months behind.  The rude b*****ds called and HARASSED everyone I know.  They called my work relentlessly.  They need to go down.  The day will come when each of those animals will have to answer for their mistreatment of human beings.  No matter how untouchable they may seem, there is always a higher power.

A message to the people. Take it from a guy that has been to this facility ,let me paint the picture  for you so you can see whats going on here. Do not listen to word they say this company is a third party and  has no power what so ever. There facility is right next to the airport, its about a hundred cubicles in a high security building. Everyone in there is miserable , fat,ugly,stupid and when I say fat I mean humungus. When you are talking to them picture a giant fat azz with one hand feeding there face and the other  one scratching there but whereing a headset being micro managed by the German army. I have seen accounts that have been open with them for years so they can avoid the close charge . Beleive me there is no body of law coming for you these people are just blowing a lot of hot air. These people take no pride in there work, they abuse there contracted recovery companys and they don't pay there bills on time if they pay at all. There theory of operation is get as much out of a comany as they can and then move on to the next victim.The next time you speak with them do not let them spook you and don't be lazy like them write a cease and desist letter and get them off your back,also report any abuse. My favorite line to them when calling for a update is, have you heard my latest hang up and then terminate the call.

this company keeps calling me at work anytime of the day. This time it's Natira. I'm afraid to lose my job. They are just harrassing all the workers as they look for me.

Works drying up over there at good ole IGS, fuel costs to much to waste people that can't find cars. At 4 bucks a gallon better think about getting your own trucks. And as for you Repoless last time a car sat on the city street with four flat tires for any amount of time the city tows it , but you must have those new cameras that look down alleys and can see inside garages like superman can.  Can we start calling you super IGS......................... lmao.

Apparently it is an answering service. They called me on 12/4/09. When I called that is what the operator said anyway. She also said when I gave her the extension that was left on my message that it did not exist. I then called called back and dialed the extension myself, well the message I got was I reached IGS and to leave a message for Sherri at the tone. Of course I didn't leave message. I looked it up and IGS could be numerous things from bill collectors to a lot of internet information. Hope this helps. If anybody has more info please pass on. Thank you.

Looking for owner info.

This number is to a answering service.  However, they work for several companies and all they do is assign them an extension.  I gave the extension asked them what is the name of the company with that extension.  The operator states they don't know.  She is completely lying. I informed them you cannot be an answering service for businesses and not know their names!!! I informed them we will be filing suit.

This company called me 8 times in the course of 3 minutes from a blocked number. The last call came with a voice mail (finally). On the message, a woman states she is calling with IGS and is not a debt collector, needs to "have a chat" and I need to call her back. She also thanked me for "playing games" by not answering my phone.
Ha! I would never conduct business, of ANY kind, with someone as unprofessional and rude as this woman was. Besides if I can recall correctly in the fair debt collection act, section 806 subsection 5 states this is harassment by annoying me with multiple phone calls continuously!

This company called my mother in excess of over 22 times I just stopped counting all from an unknown number of course. They never left a voicemail in the 2 or 3 months they called nor a message at any time except for today.Thats how I looked this number up and found you all here. The lady said her name was Mrs.Moore and was calling in regards to my mothers car which is $0 balance btw. The call that came in today with that msg was like 3 back2back calls in a row.I think there should be laws against creeps like this if it is for debt collecting they should say so,if they are telemarketers they should say so, if its a prank then say something this is just stupid for a company to act this way...and yes they continue to call from an unknown number.

I received a call on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at 5:35 pm ET from a number with no caller ID. A voicemail message was left by a Mike "calling on behalf of Ford Motor Credit" asking me to return his call at 877-823-4584, ext. 64769. I have NO business dealings with Ford Motor Credit, so there is NO reason for anyone from that company to be calling me. Both of my vehicles are paid off and neither of them are a Ford. Needless to say, I did NOT return the call!

My inlaws are getting calls from this company and the caller identified himself as Don Kennedy with car Max.  My inlaws have no connection with the person who is indebted to CarMax.  This is pure harrassment!

Why are you reading this stuff shouldn't you be locating vehicles.  Repoless just answer me one question do you get a bunch of repo's and just put a bunch addresses on them  and hope a agent will find. You can't give SS numbers because screwed that up and got sued, no desciption of your debtor not even their age and no copys of the original application. And as far going out to find cars I ran 15 accounts last night got 7 of them ,no IGS accounts where picked up because you people fail to give good information.  It must frustrating knowing most agents don't give a crap about IGS or PRA  accounts ,good luck with your paycheck this week retard.

My wife got a message on her phone  today asking me to call. It was from C R A  Vanessa number 1-877-823-4584 ext. 64792. I have 2 cars and there paid off and i'm on the National Do Not Call List so they can suck it.
