Caller called 3 times.  I answered the 3rd time and they said it was an AllState person.  She said the phone reception was bad and immediately hung up.  I called back and it was not from my agent.  I called my agent and they said it was not from them.  Called and left a message with the number and they won't call me back.

From reading the 800notes, the call was about Allstate and calls refered to someone's agent. I don't have Allstate. Me feels a Scam coming on. Don't answer the call. If you have Allstate, call your agent and ask if corporate is making these calls.

I have worked in call centers now close to 18 years and they are jobs and many people in our 200 seat call center do have degrees and 4 year ones. Due to two car accidents I was in and both very bad I am permanantly disabled and have to use a walker and have other issues. Here in my state where I live discrimination is real bad and you cannot support yourself on SS because it costs too much to live here. This city is #1 for having a lack of affordable housing according to a CBS news report three months ago. Yesterday two people in Washington I called both said I was stupid and said to frick off. They both were in the 360 area code. The most rudest people on my call center jobs have lived in the state of Washington and never have had to take any accountibility for their actions of trying to deliberately start trouble with us for only trying to work and make a living and contribute to society and work because we HAVE TO and not because we enjoy having to bother people.I have tried to work all my life and cannot do any other type of work due to my disability and cannot drive a car due to a brain and coordination problem. For 11 years our marxist government eliminated two million good call center jobs because of the DNC and the DNC has also made almost all phone calls businesses have to make a nuicence. 99% of businesses have to do phone work and when you try and eliminate all businesses that want to contribute to society and jobs then there are less people working and less businesses paying taxes thus the few that are still working have to pay more taxes. Men in Washington who told me to frick off yesterday and that I am an idiot you are the stupid ones and total a***oles because you never told me to take me off your list either and also when I had a positive statement to say back to you being the cowards and the SOB's you are hung up on me. I go to alot of businesses during my off time around my call center because it is on a major street here in my city and hear all the time about how people will come in and deliberately start trouble for no reason and start scenes to try and get the workers fired. This is happening more and more at call centers because people are selfish and it is all about me me me me me me and more me. Unfortunately one day this will destroy our earth if it has not already. You do not want call center workers to work then you come pay our taxes. For the last 4 years being out of work alot I paid no federal tax at all just state tax. So men who thought they would brag to their friends about being so rude to me yesterday it meant nothing and you will get tons more calls from polital research companies till the election. Have fun you jerks who have nothing better to do but try and destroy peoples livelihood.

I believe this is a quality-assurance survey on behest of Allstate. I received a survey in the mail, which I threw out. Subseqeunt to this these rascals commenced calling. They hang up on voice mail. I called back and got the name of the company as HBW and it was supposedly in consort with Allstate.
I hope I happen to catch them when they call so I can tell them to ****off!

I just got a call from this number, No one answered i dont know anyone personally out of my area code therefor i had to google it. This is becoming aggitating, its been happening for atleast a year of numbers calling and not saying anything.

I received a call from 404-941-8199 on 10/20/10 at 11:41a ET. A woman said she represented my local insurance agency and wanted to thank me for my business with Allstate. She also wanted to make sure I had no questions about my policy. I followed up with my local agency and they made no calls to me. This appears to be a telemarketer trying to get business for another company. The website is http://hbwleads.com.

404-941-8199 Please at lease have the decency  to leave a message or excuse the call or something!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is very annoying to pick up the phone and NO ONE IS THERE time and time again. Law suits come next if it happens again. BB

I wanted to Google this number because it was different than what the caller gave me. They left a message on my agents behalf for us to do a review with our agent, which was helpful because they left my agents number that I didn't have. Thank you.

A voice message is left. Calling on behalf of my allstate agent, the lady read a script which suggests me review the insurance policy with agent for possible benefit such as blah blah.

This was a call "on behalf of your local Allstate Agent" (and then she provided my agent's name).  Caller was definitely reading from a script and didn't have the slightest idea what she was talking about.
