Got a call at 11pm last night from this number, hope they don't keep calling.

i keep getting calls from them and i picked up today when they called and there was a weird noise in the back round and it wasn't the wrong number cause they knew my name. so I called it back but it said that the number was restricted and then it called back again but it was my friend but it wasn't my friends phone number and my friend said they hadn't called me so i hung up and called back and it said that it was restricted.

This number keeps calling me but I don't answer. At first I get a restricted call (I don't answer) then they call with this number and also 612-355-1006.
I know it is a scam I just wish they can leave me alone.
