Several weeks ago I recevied a phone call from a Mr. Davis at 404-963-9725.  He said he was with CAC Financial and is trying to collect on a payday loan back in 2005.  They said I owed them $1200 and if I did not pay they would sue me, take me to court, garnish my retirement and SSI until they get their money.  They were even calling my friends, family and my husband's hunting camp.  I retired because of illness and I tried to explain this to them.  Finally he said he would settle without anymore problems, for $150.  I told him I can give him $100 on the first, which I did, and the remainding amount at the end of the month.  He said it was OK.  A week later he calls and tells me I have another loan and I need to settle both accounts or I will have more problems.  We agreed to settle both accounts for $250.  I have already paid the $100 and the remainding amount is suppose to be paid next week.  I am scared and don't have money to throw away.  They will not furnish me with any type of proof and tells me to look on the internet for information about these companies.  I don't know what to do and don't have the money to hire an attorney.  I am afraid if I stop payment on the last payment they will cause me more problems.  I am sick and can't handle any problems plus I need my money.  Please help.

I called 404-963-9723 back.  The first time whomever picked up and then just held the phone. When I called back it rang a few times then straight to voice mail.  A women voice is on the vm but never say what type of business it is.  They need to get a real job and stop playing with people.  Agent Council needs to tell his first name and what company he is really with....I think this is a scam...Please find another sucker.

These people keep calling me too, I do not know what to do. They even called my HR department trying to get some information on wages so they can take me to court in my county. On the caller ID it has CAC Finacial phone number 404-963-9723... will not send me no information on what the debit is. Agent Council is the one that call 100 times a day.. get a real job.

This is a joke!!! these people are stupid "agent kelly"  called me about saying they were investigating some possible fraudlent charges on my mother, she could never get her facts straight 1st she said it was a checking that was fradulently open then she said a "payday loan" which all was a bunch of garbage!! Once she talk to my mother and couldnt get anywhere she called my phone back stating they were gonna go after me& her because of my email was in use. These people are retards!!!

I received a call on Christmas Eve from a woman who said she was Agent Kelly.  She reported that my son was facing charges from fraud by checks.  My son has no checking account.  When I asked what agency she worked for, she said she did not work for an agency.  She said she was assigned the case to investigate.  I said again what agency she worked for.  After several requests for her agency, she said she worked for NSF.  I assumed that was non-sufficient funds.  She too made threats about jail if my son or his attorney did not call by Monday.

I received a call last week from this number. They were nice but basically said I would possibly go to jail for fraud on a payday loan I had back before 2007. They wouldn't stop talking until I agreed to make a payment arrangement for at least $50. It was to be electronically taken from my debit card. I did investigate and was advised that they were not legit. I called and had the bank stop payment and issue me a new debit card. i received a call today from this number again in regards to the nonpayment. I did not return the call. The woman that calls is an "Agent Kelly". Also says CAC Financial on the Caller ID and call comes out of GA.

"Agent" Hunter calling from this number, trying to collect a debt from someone with my last name,  He's apparently going through the phone book calling all people with my last name and is rude and abusive and threatening.  He hangs up on you if you try to explain that you cannot help him in his quest to harass the one that owes the debt.  Says "CAC Financial" on the caller ID, but this is a lie too, I called the actual company (located in Oklahoma, not Atlanta GA) and told them about this, they have had this problem before.
