keeps calling my cell phone like a robo dial made the mistake of answering this call on to get a recording of a credit monitoring solutions. They call the same time for the past 2 weeks and so much for do not call registering. My cell phone is on that list. What a joke this listing is...I happen to look this number up and they are operating out of a Northeast Expressway location in Atl, Ga under Greenburg & Stein Associates.

I got a call today from a woman with this number. Couldn't here the name of the company but she proceeded to give me my name and social and said that i had an outstanding pay day loan they were collecting on. I told them first of all I never took out a payday loan and thinking that someone may have fraudulently used my info since I did have someone fraudulently file a tax return in my name recently. I asked the lady what year it was and she told me 2000. I was like what and told them that I was not even going to follow this up because whether it was me or not it is way too late for you to collect on it and to go to hell and never call me again.

I received a voice message saying I was going to be arrested for bad checks

Everest online university.  Got my number through a job search.  Nice enough, but persistent.

This guy was very Rude.  HE called my husbands phone asking for myself then gave his name so I called it back from my phone to see who it was.  I gave another name like I was looking for Sally because of how he answered, because I said I must have the wrong number is this a business or residence?  HE said WHO ARE YOU CALLING, so I said Sally but I must have the wrong number...he then rudely said...do I sound like a Sally!  I said you are very rude and hung up!

Got a call from them on my cell phone this morning. The phone was on mute, but I have my full name in the greeting as I am looking for job and the number is in my resume. No message left, but it's too bad if they got the name from the greeting.... I put them on the black list, not much more to be done...

I just recieved a call from the same number.  Said he wanted to speak to my son about a serious matter. I asked what this pertained to, and he wouldn't say.  I told him, any correspondence he had with my son should be taken up via mail, and that he needed to mail him a letter stating why he was trying to contact him.

got a phone call on my moms cell phone stating they were looking for me, because of fraud that i owe them 500.00....im not sure who or what this is about. I did a reverse lookup and all it shows that it was a landline in fulton georgia.....i think these people are trying to scam others out of cash...

This same number called for my wife and the guy on the phone stated that he was from Georgia and we have never lived in Georgia so I looked him up and found out that the law office that he stated he was from was in New york and had closed.  When I talked to him and was calling him out he wanted to talk to my wife and told me that it was non of my bis.  He got stomped when I told him that I was going to report him up my chain of command and to never call my number ever again.  If you get a phone call from this person report him.  He is a fake.  This is Petty Officer Johnson USN

These people called me claiming that They needed by bank account number to settle up some loan that I supposedly owed which I knew nothing about. When I asked where they were callingt from they said Greenbeerg and Stein which is out of New York and only deals with Injuries and Accidents. I strongly advice that nobody give these people your information. It is a total scam.

I received the call on my answering machine and when I called back, I got "special agent Rogers.  He was looking for my former daughter-in-law.  He said he was with the fraud division and there was a warrant out for her for check fraud.  I told him I had no contact with her and did not know where she lived.  He sounded legitimate since he said the warrant was from the county where I live and she used to live.  There must be a place to report this, but I don't know where.  Anybody know?

If you recieve a call from this number, pay it no attention do not be bullied into giving them money report this person immediately because he is a fraud. He called my house phone and left a message on the answering machine and asked for me by my maiden name stating that his name was Special Agent Roberts from Greenberg, Stein and Associates(a law firm that used to exist from new york) and he preceded to tell me that both my social and my banking info was under fraud investigation and i should call that number to rectify the matter. Right then and there i knew it was a scam i never lived in georgia so how could they be investigating me there and even if that was the case why wouldn't the police have just arrested me. What law enforcement agency would blow their investigation to warn someone they are going to be arrested. Secondly even if the police were being that benevolent they have addressed me by my married name since i changed it on my social and thirdly they would have just arrested me point period blank. So I called that same day they were closed called back on my cell today and got the vmail apparently he had caller id so he called me back and said his fake name and that he noticed i called so i said who are you why are you calling my home phone, He responded "well you called me so what's the case number" gave him the fake case number and he asked stupidly who am i speaking with i was like you tell me you just looked up my case number he was like i apologize for that i was calling for a he gave my maiden name told him that isn't my name and who are you told me he was special agent rogers. I said for what law enforcement agency do you work for. he said if your not such and such why does it matter. i told him because left this message on my phone so it does matter he said he doesnt actually work for law enforcement he works for a law firm i said so how are you an agent neveretheless a special one (lol) he said again why does it matter i told him what are you doing calling people's phone leaving fradualant and illegal messages on there. He said his job allows him to do that could do that i said oh really special agent rogers(sarcastically) so what law firm do you work for he said greenberg stein and associate i said you mean the new york law firm that's closed down and no longer exists. He answered oh no we do exist we never closed i said alright then whose full name is on your letter head. He was livid yelled at me if you aren't such and such why do you care. I told him you are a criminal i read about you online what you did was illegal since you are a lawyer. Now he said that he wasn't a lawyer he just worked for a law firm. I was like listen do not call my phone number or my cell number leaving any threats if you do i will sue. That's when his true colors shined through because he dropped the professional tone and got ghetto on me and said you aint gonna sue me you probably don't have any money to sue me. I told him you are ridiculous and i will sue you if you call me again if you want to take that chance Special Agent Rogers i suggest you do it and you will have the sherriff  waiting at the door for you soon. I told him that he and his partners were going to get caught and i have the message saved.
