My sister called me in a panic because this lady Agent Sudler called her and told her that they would put an arrest warrant out for me if I did not contact her. They gave her a case number for me to reference. So I called her back. This lady is so rude and disgusting. I can't believe people act this way. She told me she was going to have me arrested if I did not pay her $1956.00 for a Bally's account today. I asked for an address and she wouldn't give it to me saying they don't accept payments or checks.

I got the same call from her. She has called my ex husband and all of my family telling them that there is a warrant out for my arrest, that writing a bad check is fraud in the state of Texas. She told my sister if I didn't call her back in one hour, she is sending the police to my work to collect me. She says that I owe $2500 for a bad check. I have NEVER written a check in this amount to ANYONE. She even referenced my ex husbands name, who I am currently in a custody battle with. I wonder if he is trying to cause me trouble? This is sick. I left her a message to tell her that I have contacted a consumer attorney and for her to provide me an address she wants me to send the money to. I called her from an anonymous number. She assumed I was at work because I was not being loud on the phone. She said "whats wrong, are you ashamed?, why don't you just pay back the money? You know you were desperate to take such a high interest loan??? I told her that I didn't take that kind of money from the company she referenced and then she immediately said "oh! so you are admitting you took the money? What a sick person.

The lawyer told me that if she did take me to court, I could sue her for a hell of a lot more money than what she is claiming I owe for her harassment. He actually told me to have fun with it and in a joking way, he asked me for the $20k I owed him LOL..

I received a call from "Agent" Settler telling me it was "imperative" to call before 1 PM.  So when I call back and say I do not know the indiviudal she is calling about she says she'll take me off the list.  I asked twice who she works for and says it's not important.  I did file a complaint on their website telling them it was very misleading to call themselves agents in this day the Patriot Act and other government investigations (you know, real Agents).

My daughter called me stating an Agent by the name of Sutler or Sudler called and said the police will be coming to my job to arrest me because I committed fraud by writing some bad checks. I have not wrote a check since 2005, so I got pissed off and called this you know what back. She has a recording on her phone and I guess she listens to who is calling on the landline phone number 404-969-4577 she has, because it went to a voice message recording and then she picked up the phone and said this case has went to an attorney and they will be sending a police to arrest me on my job. So I told her to send them so I can sue her you know what. I asked her for the District case number she filed against me and I asked her to give me the name of the business so I can send her the money of 2,000.00 she said I owed. She would not provide me with any information cause I was going to let her know how it feels to be harrassed. She hangs up on me now when I call her phone. I get so tired of these scammers who think people suppose to be scared of them. So I give them some of what they give us. I am going to find this person and I am going to put a complaint against her with the Attorney Generals office. She did tell me that the money I owed was to Paetec Payday loans, and she has my last 4 digits of my social and she had the bank I used to bank at, which makes me beleive she is trying to get information from me to commit identity theft.  I cannot find any information about Paetec Payday loans. But this is not over because she did not know who she was messing with.

I'm looking for this scammer to. I will not stop until I find out who this is. By the was she calls herself Agent Sudler or Sutler.

"Agent Settler" called asking for someone who does not live at my home or number.  I told her she was mistaken and while I was asking her to not call me again, she start demanding to know if I knew the person in a really accusing manner.  When I again asked her to not call me, she got in my face.  She finally hung up and blocked my number after I told her to not f****ng call me again.  The firm also blocks all Gmail numbers for some reason.

I recommend that if she calls you to crowdsource your network using Facebook and have everyone you know call her and swamp her with calls and voicemails.

Called saying a case has been filed in my county for a fraud check from 2003.  Explained I did not live at that address in 03.  Rep said I was not acting like I wanted to voluntarily handle the matter.  It was 465 and now is over 1100!  I asked for a copy of the check or the "case" and she said she did not have to provide it!  Oh did I mention she tried to place blame on my husband that he probably wrote the check and signed my name...  Come on!

They say that they are agents collecting a debt.. and the company that they work for is rosenthal stein and associates.

It appears that Nuvox is a telephone service provider.  You need to get the company name.  They can't get a payment unless you have a name of their company.  Ask them where to send the check.  As above, please let me know who they are.  www.debtdefenselaw.com

I received the same call advising me they are going to pursue legal action and it will be on my record and cost me $1200 on top of what I supposedly owe from what I dont remember 3 years ago.  The lady insulted my credit rating, me.  When I asked her to email me something, since I have not received not one notification in the mail EVER about this, she said "Don't pay it then", expect for someone to serve you at work.

I did some research on the number, since she didnt share a company name but I'm in the research business so I found out the name of the company is Nuvox Communications in Atlanta, GA.  For those that would like to formally complain as I am.

Got a call from these people at my work, my boss called me freaking out. . .said I can lose my job if they call again.  The woman tried to tell me that they are pursuing action against me.  Then she refused to give me a first name.  Or anyone elses name either.  Also said this would affect my ability to drive, and I would most likely go to jail if i would not provide her with my banking information.

This agent so and so left two nasty messages for me on my cell and harrassed me at work. No one has that number, how they got it I do not know. Threating to file proceedings against me? PLease! No one has left any messages about what exactly this is about and at this point I dont care. I am filing a report against them and calling a lawyer. It is illegal for  a company to call and threaten you and impersonate law inforcement. I looked it up on on a local attorneys website. I just wish I knew the company's name this idiot works for. If anyone has any info on this company or number please let me know. I will check this blog again.
