Got a phone call from 409-574-1241 saying they are calling from Medicare and that I was eligeble for aneww card with Medicare part d on it. They asked for my Name, Address Phone and gave me the routing number from my checking acct. and ask what bank did my SS check went to The mans name was Chase and he switched me to a girl name Kim
