People-- believe me when I say, these jerks are not going to stop calling until you call a lawyer and sue them! I haven't heard from these skanks in two weeks, since my lawyer sent a letter of representation to them. Otherwise, I would probably still be listening to those annoying, contradicting lies on voicemail for the rest of my life!
You can find a lawyer that will represent you for no money up front! Under the FDCPA, the collection agency is responsible for paying all your attorney's fees etc when found in violation of the FDCPA. Trust me; record a couple of their incriminating voicemails and find a lawyer! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Google "FDCPA lawyers" and you'll probably find a firm that will gladly represent you! C'MON DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!! Help me bankrupt these a-holes! HAHAHA!

These people call stating they are going to arrest me for check fraud for a payday loan. When I ask for the original information regarding the transaction they cannot provide it for me. I see other people have made compliaints about this place being scammers. Is this true? I did not give them any of my private information.

I just called a lawyer and am now in the process of suing these a-holes. YIPPEE! I have been putting up with them since the beginning of June this year. I had had enough when the b**ch called my boss the other day. I'm telling you, SUE THEM! They have been sued 4 times in 2011, I was told. Now it will be 5! Suing these jerks will be the only way to get them to stop. I tried ignoring their every call because with these kinds of frauds, they usually take the hint that you are not scammable, but these a-holes will not stop. Well, they f**ked with the wrong chick here. I'm going to be buying a freaking Louis Vuitton with the money I get from them; and I will LAUGH MY BUTT OFF every time I look at it. HAHAHAHA! Let's all sue them! Maybe they will eventually get the freaking hint and close down.

Hi Chelsea, if you look up 404-935-9490, you'll find all the info about these people. First off, please be aware that they are scammers and are trying to rob you. NEVER ANSWER THE CALL BECAUSE YOU ARE JUST FANNING THE FLAME. They will think they have a sucker on the hook and will not stop until you pay them, and even when/if you paid them, they will see you as an easy mark and will try to rob you again and again. They have been calling me with the same messages over and over for about two months now and I have never answered one call. It amuses me how persitent these a-holes are. Every time it's the same thing, I or my "retained attorney" must call them back by 5pm. At this point, "Agent Taft" is practically begging me to call. Give me a break! Anyway, DO NOT PAY THEM OR EVER GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO. Don't even call them back.
