closed my account out. This is definitely fraud so anyone else that gets these charges needs to contact your bank immediately.

Had the same two charges on the same day too.  My husband also ordered through Diet max back in Aug or so and cancelled it.  

Our bank (RBC) denied his claim and he has had to dispute it again.  They tried to tell us to call the number and dispute the charges with the merchant and gave us the number.  Needless to say when he called them back they were like, well let's check it again.  They got the same recording about voicemail full.  Then they looked some more and were saying we see that several others received the same charges from this place Lexington Hills on the same day and they are being disputed.  I guess we will get our money back now!

The question is why the hell didn't the person that is denying this see all this to begin with.  I mean HELLO!!!!!!  Do we have to do the work for you!?!?  Not to mention the fact that this is got money that I could use elsewhere tied up!!

Exact thing happened to me as well, Feb 28, same two charges, on my Visa. And I'm in Canada so I also was dinged exchange rates (which happened to be for the better anyway since CAN dollar is higher than US at the moment). I haven't purchased anything online in over 6 months... how they got my Visa number is a mystery.
 
Tried phoning the 877-311-4926 number to only get a computer say in a woman's voice "customer service, our buisiness hours are between, etc etc" and just kept repeating that. Useless. Phoned my bank (RBC) explaining the situation, they reveresed all of the charges, closed that Visa, and are sending me a new one.

Yes, it is linked to Diet Max, same happened to me, how could I be so dumb?  Anyway, last August I went thru the whole thing, called Diet Max, cancelled, after the free item was received. I called Visa, and they advised me to send a registered letter to that company, then there would never be a problem if my card got charged in the future. I then got charged last fall, complained to Visa, charges were reversed. And like everyone else on this post, got the two charges on my Visa on Feb.28.  I have advised Visa, and they will investigate. I have every confidence that I will be reimbursed. Why the credit card companies don't suspend this company's merchant number is a mystery.

These guys must have become instant millionaires on Feb 28!

You can call 877-311-4926. I was on hold for a while, but someone did pick up. They were able to find me by my name & said that they would refund the charges within 48-72 hours. Guess I'll just have to wait  & see.

I did order from Diet Max back in July and never received the product. I was also never able to get my money back. I tried calling several times for weeks and eventually the number I was calling had been disconnected.  I wonder if they are trying to scam me again. I canceled my debit card and the charges, for 87.13 and 2.95 from Lexington Hills Inc #2, are still pending. I am not sure if it is the same company or not but it is very suspicious. The number next to the charge just leads to a full mailbox. Hopefully this gets resolved and wont happen again. I am considering closing my checking account. Uggghh!

Yes, I did that a year ago...this "business" is a fraud, beware ! I had 2 bizarre charges on the account and I filed a dispute $87.13 and $2.95 and had my debit card cancelled.

Same experience; called the bank to have the debit card cancelled. I don't think this "business" have your bank account so canceling the debit card should be ok.

My account got charged, as well, for $87.13 and $2.95 on 2/28/11.  I called my bank, who told me that since the charges were pending they couldn't do anything about it at the time.  They gave me 786-837-5538 as a number linked to the charge.  I called and the voicemailbox was full.

The charges were posted today, no longer pending, giving me the 877-311-4926 number.  I called, but had the same 2 options (1) FAQs, which there were none and (2) customer service, which is just music ... forever.  I called my bank back to dispute the charges and get a new debit card.  I was told the company is Lexington Hills Inc. and that the charges were made either via phone or online.  I did not make any purchases either way on that date or at all with this company.

I saw someone post a comment about Diet Max pills.  I did order those back in August or September, but cancelled the next month when they charged my card without sending anything.  Maybe the two are linked.

I had the exact same charges it went through... now what.. the bank is doing an investagation, and closed my card!

I beleive it was Diet Max that I ordered in September but i sent back the stuff and cancelled my order back then. They sent me an email to confirm cancellation but the email does not have a valid reply address and the refund is for 79.97 not the full amount. I'll be calling again today.

So I was charged on Feb 28th, Lexington Hills INC $2.95 & $87.13.  The phone number the bank gave me was 786-837-7572.  I called and the voicemail was full.  I called my bank claims (Chase) and was told if it pends for more than 3 days it will drop off.  If it posts I can take action.  Personally I'm infuriated.  I asked what could be done even if it does drop off.  I was informed that the authorities can't persecute on anything that pends and drops off, only if it posts.  If it posts you can file through your bank and file a police report.

You don't need to close your account you only need a new card.

I really want to drive to Miami Fl and bust someone in the lip.  That seems most satisfying...

Was the name of the company Diet Max?  Have you received your money back?

Did any one order diet pills from Diet Max last August or September?  The last post made me realize that I had a problem with them and I never got my money back from them and I waited too long to dispute the charge and I was embarassed that it had happened to me.

My debit card was charged $2.95 and $87.13. I  called 877-311-4926 spoke to a Roxanne who said it was a computer error and would be reversed back to my account. I ordered some stupid diet pills back in September, returned them and cancelled my order but apparently they still had my credit card info on file.

No phone call but they dinged my BOA debit card.  Same dollar amounts.

Disputed it, closed the acct, charges reversed.

I too just received the same exact charges and I too did order from Amazon on Feb 27th. my bank is filing a fraud alert. Did you happen to order from a third party merchant on Amazon called GBS Books?

Same exact charges to my Walmart money card account from the same company Lexington Hills Inc. for $87.13 and for $2.95.  I'm closing out my account.

Same Here, 2.95 and then 87.13 .  Closed my wife's card too (she rarely buys things online anyways).  As to how they got her #, is beyond me really.

Bank printed out confirmations for me.  It shows both amounts rejected.  If it does hit your account, then a Reg E needs to be filed to reverse the transactions.
