This idiot called and left a message on my voicemail.

He said his name is Kenneth something.  He races through his introduction so fast that his last name and the company he claims to be calling from can't be understood.

It's got to be a affiliated with a debt collector though.  He says that they have an Account Mgr/Sales position open in my hometown.

I called back next day and the phone just rang.

They are simply trying to determine if someone will pick-up the phone or call them back.  That will "verify" that the phone number is being actively used.

Somehow, this Kenneth, piece of trash, is connected to a collections agency.  They are using a round-about-way, back-door method, to gather information on their intended target.

I received a phone call at work from someone who identified their company as DTM Investigations. The did not call my personal number. Does anyone know anything about this company and who they are.

I did but I actually owed the money...isn't that the only way they was able to get the information of my bank, DL number, they even verified the actual referrences that I used. I am not sure who called you guys but I like to own up to what I did so I paid it.
