I also got a call from Mr. Tate. He threaten to call my friends and family, have me arrested, this is a CRIMINAL matter he would be reporting blah blah blah. What this guy is going to illegal! I am going to report him to the federal trade commission. It take just 12 of us to ban together for a class action law suit against this guy....

A person named Mr.Tate contacted my personal and business phone. Initially, he left a voice mail stating that he was a representative from the Fraud Department and if I do not return his call he will have to go forth with legal action. His message was aggressive and threatening. This morning he contacted my personal number and when I asked him to stop contacting me, he responded "you don't know who you're dealing with" and began to yell, threaten to call my supervisors then lastly threaten physical assault. I don't believe I should have to endure such verbal abuse. If a debt is owed then proper documentation should be mailed to my address for review. If you receive a phone call from this person, do not give him your personal information or credit card number. This is a scam.

I received a VERY RUDE, threatening, unprofessional message left on my answering machine from someone saying he was "Mr. Tate, senior arbitrator from UFS". He went on by saying that I had "very serious allegations" against me and started using or rather listing, various incorrect pronunciations of previous surnames of mine "or whatever name your going by this week connected with the last 4 digits of SS#xxxx" and that if I didn't get in touch with him that same day or have my attorney's contact him that same day that he would take matters in his own hand and then "you will be left wondering why Ms. ... and Ms. ... are now being involved." Those were my mother's name and a friend's name I had used as a reference in something many years back. He gave me a phone number to call (866) 267-9585, ext. 316 and a claim #. He never said what the allegations were for and when he used mispronounced usage of a couple of my surnames, I knew something was very "phishy" about this call. Kinda' telemarkety-like. Anyway, I contacted my attorney and they called the number he left and of course, no answer, but left a detailed message for Tate to call them back. Also, I received a call the very next day from one of the people he referred to. She said he'd left a nasty message on her answering machine as well. She called him back the next morning and she was in a bad mood anyway and got back in his face. He replied by saying, it's taken care of and your not in any trouble and to forget about it. Hmm. My Attorney told me it was a scam and that if a person filed for bankruptcy it is public record and they can get name's and phone numbers easily to make it sound good. She said that if he calls again to simply say "I have contacted the authorities and advise he no longer call." She also said to contact the Federal Trade Commission: (202) 326-2222.  I have contacted the BBB in Georgia, where the number was listed; contacted our local news agency and the now this. Don't call them back.

This entity is very fraudulent and very criminal....

He needs a crimminal complaint filed and federal charges...I do have awesome attorneys as clients...

I had Darwin call my sister today about me about a cash store loan that i paid off, he told my sister that he was going to put a warrant out for my arrest and that i had to explain to my family why i had involved them he also knew my last four numbers of my SSN and said that he had video proof of me and my signature with a fraud check and that i was being charged with theft by deception.  This was not fun he also left the number 866-267-9585 and a case number he needs to be found

This Darwin called my husbands job today, said he would lose his license if he did not return his call today.  I called and he said it was for a Payday Loan that was in default.  He said we owed $9000, but we could pay the settlement of $2,000.  He talked very fast and got very nasty when i told him I would consult a lawyer, said that he was going to pull my husband off the road and have the warrant served tomorrow and hung up on me.  I called him back and asked him why he was being so irrate and he said because he didn't have to talk to me, if i had money for a lawyer I could pay them.  Said he wasn't a collection agendy, he worked for the fraud department, continued to be nasty and again hung up on me.  He left 866-267-9585 for a call back number and said he was with United Financial Services.

Yea a Darwin called my boyfriend said that he could thank me for involving him in a case. Was very aggressive made it sound like we were in trouble. Then called my little sister (somehow got her number) who is a minor and screamed at her snd said "you have no idea who you're dealing with I have a big surprise for you!" He is a jack*** pay him no attention.

I have gone through three screaming contests with this Darwin who claims to be a law enforcement agent.  He calls for a Cody Dahlke who has never lived here. Lately it has been a screaming contest.  He threatens and I tell him where to go.

I practiced law for close to 40 years; have bone tumors; amputations etc. and simply am not in the mood to listen to his threats.  I think he played the part of an IRS agent a couple months ago.

The clown should be sent to prison.

What amazes me is that he is not trying to reach my x wife or me, rather a Cody Dahlke.

Is this from social welfare services cause a Darwin called me in Texas and said important being issued a warrant. and tries to talk down and very ugly to me. no need but a lawyer in my area says he's just wanting money .

Darwin called me too saying warrant for my husband. I will just keep blocking the numbers until they get the hint that they are not getting anything from me.
