A friend of mine received a call from a Mr Wilson Davis claiming to be an attorney working on a case against my husband about Social Security Depository Fraud. Says he took out a loan with JP Morgan Chase and then closed the account and is being sued fromt he government and that he is an arbitrator working with them to collect the fees pre-judgement. And if we dont pay $407.03 that he will contact my husbands employer and notify them that he has committed a blue collar crime, as well as the DMV and have his license suspended. Payment must be made in the form of a federally acknowledged credit or debit card. (No checks or money orders) he also refused to email, fax, of mail any paperwork regarding this case. And that he is working via e-mail with our DA.  This is a scam!  Please be careful before submitting money!

Yesterday my family received a call from Mr. Davis and said I had bounced a check and said he was going to suspend my drivers license. I haven't had a checking account in over ten years!! He was very abusive in language and demanded my parents make payment on my account TODAY or it would double because of past court fees and interest. What court fees?! I've never been to court on this matter nor have I ever bounced a check for over $500!!! That's rediculous. He then told my parents he had to hang up because he was on the road!!! I handed the information over to my attourney. He told my parents he was working for an MLA Court for Wells Fargo Bank. I've never had an account with them. I have a feeling he just wanted my parents to hand over their credit card info....be VERY careful of him.

He ..... Mr Wilson Davis contacted my Gramma today.. after I called him back he became VERY hateful ans belligerent. I contacted an attorney who couldn't find him
. I began looking for him myself and found his telephone company's name.... after talking with them found out the number is registered to an individual. After a little more research found out the GPS coordinates to the number. It's in Duluth GA.... the site is free to track the number(WWW.FreePhoneTracer.com) but you have to pay for the name ans address bit you can find it with Latitude and longitude coordinates. After I got all this info I called the GA Attorney Generals office at 404-651-8600. I'm posting all this mostly cause I'm PISSED about things he said but I can bet he has scammed A Lot of people .... hopefully if people see this they will report him and get him STOPPED

This Mr. Davis contacted my Gramma today. When I called back the Guy who answered told me he was going to suspend my licence and Sue me. He even yelled at me. Lol but that back fired cause I yell back lol. He eventually hung up on me now every time I call they wont answer lol... wonder if I can get into trouble for calling them like they do everyone else lol

I got a call from this number asking for some random person about an affadavit.  I added my number to the do not call list, so hopefully this will stop soon.

A caller identified himself as Inspector Wilson Davis and told me that my son was involved in a felony 1 crime.  My son needed to pay off a debt immediately or his name would be sent to the courts.  He wanted me to pay the debt.  I refused.  He wanted my son's telephone number which I did not give it to him.

Mr Wilson Davis, Called an old colleague of mine wanting to speak with me. Said I no longer worked for the company in which he called. Proceeded to give her information regarding me. Stating that he needed to talk to me and that if she did not give him my cell, she would be very sorry. This is a sham anyway. Stating that there is outstanding debt and going to arrest me and her for not helping. So on and so on!

Don't give in to a scam.

Mr. Davis called and left message that he represents Dawson County Prosecuting Office and that there was a felony charge on my SS#.  Today he called and told me I was a dumb Mexican that probably didn't even have a green card.  How professional is that.

I received a message on my cell phone from Mr. Davis saying that there was a felony charge against my social security number that would be filed today so I must contact him.  Whatever.

A MR WILSON CALLED ME SAYING HE WAS A ORANGE COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT.

HE WAS ABUSIVE IN HIS SPEECH AND THREATENING IN HIS LANGUAGE.

I had the same issue, a Mr. Davis.  I am reporting him to the police.

"Investigator Davis" called me threatening to serve me with a warrant until I reminded him it was illegal for him to impersonate a lawyer, police officer, or any legal occupation when he is only a damn debt collector...he hung up.

A Mr. Davis called my mother, claiming he was issuing a warrant for my arrest becuase of failure to take care of a debt...but when i called back he wont identify what company he is with or what its about.
