I recieved a call from this number and the person (Bradley Cummings) was looking for someone that MAY be related to me.  They had her DOB and SSN.  We just had the number he called us on opened up and we don't live in the same state as the rest of our family so I found it very suspisious.

Mrs. Johnson from MLA Corporation was extremely rude and threatening.  Someone took a message for me and she was very rude to that person.  Refused to send anything, called repeatedly and would not give her first name.

THIS # CALLED SAYING THAT THE CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT AND OF SERIOUS MATTER, THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM DID SOME RESEARCH NOTHING THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE THEY REALLY NEED TO QUIT ESPECIALLY WHILE I'M WORKING

Person called demanding to speak with an employee....would not wait on hold. RUDE, when told person couldn't come to phone demanded our manager or human resources.  Also claimed to work WITH our local County offices in Wake County NC.  When the person got to the phone call she had NO idea who was calling her.  Said she owed a pay day loan but our employee has NEVER done a loan like that.  Person from this number threatened to send a sheriff to arrest our employee if she did not give her credit card number to make a payment and verify her social.  Our employee refused and when we researched found the SCAM reports on line from this woman claiming to be with MLA Corp.

Got the same calls as everyone else, This is crazy. I had to change my number once before because of these scams. This is a brand new number of mine so how did they get it? They need to be stopped. This is a big time SCAM !!

Just got a call from "Investigator Upchurch" demanding I pay $800 or I was going to be picked up and put in jail. Please don't allow yourself to be scammed.

I got a call from Ms Upchurch too. They are total scam artist please ignore their baseless threats. They found your name and number from a possible online payday loan or identify theft.

Please join me in a FLASH CALL MOB ? RULES: every time you get a call from them, place their number in your redial on your phone and periodically call them throughout the day. Call them and say nothing or ask for whoever called you and when they pick up say nothing Lol! Lets tie up their lines like they tie up our lives with the harassment. Maybe they will move on and quit the scam if no one takes them serious. I spoke with my lawyer and law enforcement and unfortunately there is nothing they can do to stop these guys. They move around so often that law enforcement cant keep up with them. They have scammed more than a million dollars from poor unsuspecting victims. Let?s fight back with the power of annoyance. Lol!

Don't worry about getting in trouble by crank calling them either.

Got a call from this number today saying that she needed to speak with my husband before 1pm!!  Or she would have to turn it over to our local conty for a warrant!!!  Also on the caller ID it says that it is a cell phone out of Georgia!!  SCAM!!!!!!!!!  Investigator upchurch better rethink who she is talking to here because I have been scammed before!

"Attorney Joey Richards"....post your bar number....per federal and state laws...you have to divulge that information upon request whether it be online or verbally....oh...and posting a misc. # wont help....bar numbers can be researched. Posing as an attorney also is illegal you scammish a** collector!!!

This is nothing more than a commission based collection agency and this "Investigator Upchurch" has to be the most inexperienced collector I know. If you have a payday loan that went into default, you WILL NOT face any criminal charges. Think about this....how many "law enforcement agencies" will CALL YOU to tell you that you have a warrant or that charges are being filed? THEY DONT!!! They just knock on your door! Dont fall into her ridiculous collection tactics. She is only trying to scare you. Let them know that you are recording all calls and that will stop them fairly quickly. Also tell them you have an attorney that is suing collection agencies that collect on debt by making threats that cannot not and will not happen. Do your research people! I had the same mesg on my v.mail. What do we do.? I just changed my number and now they are calling this new number. How did they get it?  Probably from my v.mail the i have.. HMMM

I received a call from this number today and she told me to wake up and splash water on my face it was very important and if I didn't pay x amount of money that there would be a warrant for me. I have never been in trouble and I do pay my bills. I did get behind because we almost lost my husband but I have arrangements will all of them. I called the Court House that she stated that I have the case with and they stated that my name is not there at all, so the lady at the court house called that number and the Mrs. Upchurch hung up on her and then yelled at me for doing her job!!!! What???? So then I called the places that I set up my payment arrangements with and they stated it was a SCAM! Also the lady at the COURT HOUSE STATED NEVER GIVE ANYONE MONEY OVER THE PHONE. I also called a lawyer and they stated they couldn't put me in jail for what she was stating and they could take me to court and also she was stating I had to pay double and the lawyer stated the most I would have to pay is what I owed and a fee of 30. So please be watch out for this number and please report it, the more that do the quicker they will get caught and stop this. She has me very upset and sick today with worry over a SCAM. I would have gave her $900 and never heard from her again and it wouldn't have went to any of my bills that I'm already paying on. What is even weird is that we just moved and I haven't had a home phone in years and that is the number she called.
