this is some debt collector / bad check arbitration call center.
chances are, some lowlife had your cell number before you did.
all you have to do is call and ask for the regional manager and tell them the contact is wrong.

Thanks. I've been reading up on my legal rights through Fair debt collection practices act. they've been leaving messages with my go workers that I've been writing bad checks and engaging in fraud. They've been leaving my social security number and making threats to have me arrested. I'm sending them a letter right away to stop contacting me at my place of work. Crazy part about it is that I don't know who these people are and have never gotten anything in writing.....I've done nothing wrong

It's a scam AND a lie.
You CANNOT be arrested for debt.
Debt is a CIVIL matter, not a CRIMINAL matter.
Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.
